I'm not aware of any production bolt-action rifles that use anything tighter than a 1:10 twist for .308 Win. Seem like they would be all over tighter twists if it made a difference.
Welcome from AZ!
Just so you are aware, you own a Ruger SR762 and not an AR10. When ordering parts keeping the terminology straight and uncluttered will save you massive headaches.

Yup. "But they're non-profit!"
When you have a near monopoly on receiving donated blood then you determine what it costs to draw, check, store, and transport it.
Don't see it mentioned above but the datum for measuring headspace is in different locations between 7.62x51 NATO and .308 Winchester. The former is always at the top of the cartridge shoulder (2.015" from the base), the latter at a datum approximately halfway on the shoulder as measured from the base of the cartridge (1.5377"min/1.5477"max).

Police chief doesn't want to call the attack "terrorism". If I was chief of police in Little Somalia I probably wouldn't either we'd be reissuing hickory thumping sticks, with a specially hardened hog's hoof on one end for hooking and cutting.
I tested out my first .380 in Mom's house, into a Xerox box filled with old phone books. No fancy balancing the pistol on my tallywhacker or anything like that, no extraneous injuries, all shots stopped well into the first phone book.
Should've gone XDM, most available accessories available in one location at Pistol Gear.
But hey, if you're happy with a strap-on Glock we're happy for you.
