  1. Yeah, retailers here slowly are jacking the prices. It isn't much below what the reselling gougers were selling it. Anyone want to pitch in and purchase a new .22LR production line?
  2. Aawww man! We didn't even make it to staple gun installation yet.
  3. A decade or so ago, TPD shot and paralyzed a kid who stole an earthmover. They said they were fearing for their lives. Hard to argue with the logic of 20 tons moving at 25 mph being dangerous.
  4. /\/\/\/\ What he said! Where abouts in Virginia?
  5. So, would you say worth the price difference to avoid the setup hassle with the standard chronograph?

    Armalite

That would be one of those problems.
  7. <lmao> <laughs> The question then becomes "Do you buy tools that are equally priced to the rifle?", kinda like the How much scope for a $1500 rifle question. Hint: you do NOT want to be using Chicom Harbor Freight tooling (or imported glue for that matter) on that fine 'Merican machine. :yup:
  8. Outstanding! Time to get some British WWII army gear too.
  9. It's hard to snipe on GB. Any time someone bids during the last few minutes, the auction is extended 15 minutes. Dam you and your De Lisle Carbine Tom!! :fawkdance:
  10. That would be sweet brother Rene! I wanted one of the .308 converted Jungle Carbines something bad about 20 years ago but didn't have the funds.
  11. /\/\/\/\ That reminded me of this:
  12. Oooo...IDF olive drab! :hornet: Sexy!
  13. I'm not glad I'm broke but it takes the temptation away.
  14. I'm surprised Mike didn't recommend the rare 10mm Tommy in a violin case.
  15. Common?! Never ever seen one personally. I've only seen them in .30 Carbine. Have to agree with the Tommy Gun though.
  16. Saw this called "Alien Abduction". Pretty funny.
  17. Don't you mean "Orange '68 Charger with the Dixie flag up top!"?
  18. I'm thinking 2-pieces of wood, big bore, ammo compatible with his 1911.
  19. Oh if I had the money I'd be buying all sorts of "display" stuff and using it daily, starting with collectible firearms and classic cars. It was my $2.8 million dollars...I'll do donuts in my '71 'Cuda if I want.
  20. It's too hilly here to get 20 miles line of sight with the Baofengs. We've done 10, which stomped azz all over similar Motorolas. But with access to a repeater, some people here in AZ are getting silly sick distance.
  21. Found something else to spend money on: http://www.stanwilsonknives.com/home.html Better be nice for the price of a couple of 308ARs.
  22. I wonder if they have the same or better capacity that the polymer FAL mags for the Rock River do.
  23. Don't take it, Rob! If he was serious it would be 10 dozen cloth diapers and hypoallergenic laundry detergent. Yeah, cloth diapers suck for using on babies. But they're pure awesomeness once you can start using them on your guns. Plus Cali bonus points for "saving the environment" (although this will call for shameless self-promotion).
  24. Rock River baby!! :hethan:
  25. Looking at the 320 here http://sigsauer.com/CatalogProductDetails/p320-full.aspx It appears SIG didn't put too much thought into the rear of the frame, with how low that pseudo-beavertail is. Seems like that would put the bore and recoil impulse pretty high.
