  1. I did the same as Dirk and like Firefox a LOT better than IE.
  2. Ray, after you pick out the one you like the best just ship the others to me. I'll take them off your hands so you won't have to deal with them any more!
  3. Both of my NiB BCG's look like the bottom one in survivalshop's picture.
  4. I have a feeling this whole deal is going to end up in court.
  5. I don't know about justifying the cost, but there a LOT better pistols out there!
  6. I just got one of their NiB AR15 BCG's and it looks like a work of art! Functions great too!
  7. All the NiB BCG's I've seen were silver. That doesn't look silver at all. Is there a darker shade of NiB out there? <dontknow>
  8. Nah, the vac never skipped a beat, it was just a kind of muffled pop!
  9. Don't Chinese read right to left or something? <lmao>
  10. I've used blem receivers from Tactical Machine, Spikes and Anderson (several of these) and every one of them have been good to go. <thumbsup>
  11. SS, I'm sure I've vacuumed live ones in the past too but this is the first time I've had one pop!
  12. Hey, did you guys know that you can set off a live primer by sucking it up in a shop vac? <lmao> Craftsman vacs contain them pretty good though! <thumbsup>
  13. I don't think the bolt catch is his problem, it was working fine before he changed the buffer and charging handle. My money is on the buffer being an AR-15 buffer and the bolt catch is now catching on the front edge of the bolt carrier instead of the front of the bolt.
  14. Nothing on their website yet. Hopefully it won't take as long to get into production as the 25 rnd. 7.62 mags did!
  15. Abuquerque, the center of liberalism in New Mexico. The only place the politics run thicker in the state is in Santa Fe.
  16. Got this exact setup in two Ar-15's!
  17. Ray, if you do the '15 minute trigger job' you find in the online sites that involves cutting one leg of the hammer spring off don't be surprised if you start getting misfires! I know the articles usually say 'totally reliable' and 'no misfires at all' but that's bullschitt! I've got one of those modified springs lying around here somewhere and there's a reason it's not in a gun anymore, I like my guns to go bang EVERY time I pull the trigger! It made for a great trigger pull but the reliability wasn't there. Now I do like Mike suggested above and just use the JP red & yellow springs, the JP 'Enhanced Reliability Spring Kit'.
  18. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on that, it's 'reporter speak'.

Magwa, if you're asking about the turnaround on the Black-T I couldn't say, it's been 20 years or more since they did mine.
  20. Well, when the wife's not around it's right outside the garage door! <laughs>
  21. Well I went through the whole batch of brass with a pin punch to see which ones I could push the primers out of. Ended up scrapping about 200 out of around 800. The rest held the primers okay.
  22. I've never seen a 16" barrel with a rifle gas system for the 308 platform, just mid-length and carbine gas. But then again, I lead a kind of sheltered life!
  23. Ray, milspec triggers are surface hardened only and it doesn't take much to get through that hardening. Once that happens the triggers can develop wear to the point of being unsafe fairly quick. That's why you don't hear much about anything more than some light stoning on the stock triggers.
  24. Mike, even hardened criminals have no tolerance for guys like this. He will probably spend the rest of his life in segregation, and that may somewhat short!
  25. But look at all the firewood you're getting! <laughs>
