  1. Same here, wish I would have ordered twenty boxes.
  2. The links below should give you a good idea of what a range card is. If you have a good idea that a specific location would be a gathering place for people that may wish you harm it would be prudent to prepare range cards at that location, be proactive instead of reactive. http://www.military.com/video/operations-and-strategy/military-operations/how-to-fill-out-a-range-card/4418747452001/ https://www.google.com/search?q=range+card&rlz=1CDGOYI_enUS626US649&oq=range+car&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l3.25910j0j7&hl=en-US&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8
  3. In America Christian churches loose tax exempt status if they are considered to have preached a political opinion. In America public Christian prayer is not allowed in school. Mosques and Islamic centers preach a political agenda. Schools are starting to provide a dedicated room for Islamic prayers. Like it or not we are not far behind the Europeans in Islamic policies. The globalist agenda needs these divisions to push their policies on America, they assume they can maintain control of the chaos they are creating and end up on top. History says different, extermination of Islam where it creates problems has and will happen again. Do your homework in your community, know who and where the problems are and have a plan. Range cards men, have your range cards filled out. Maybe I was brainwashed but I truly believe in the sentiment "Kill them all, then let God sort it out".
  4. I can tell you first hand that Midwest Industries FDE handguard does not match magpul FDE or regular Cerakote FDE.
  5. They still had stripped Gen I receivers listed on the email they sent out this morning, they don't seem interested in fixing, just selling. I love their ammo deals but I've read enough to make me real leary of their customer service on rifles.
  6. I've looked for a rechargeable replacement for CR123 batteries in the past, they only seem to make the proper voltages in the larger ones that would not fit in this fan. For the little bit it will be used I'll suck it up and use the CR123's rather than chance damaging the electronics. I always have a couple dozen or more spread around glove boxes, range bags, and go bags. http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?366975-CR123A-and-rechargeable-substitutes
  7. On the lower end of price; http://bushnell.com/tactical/riflescopes/elite-tactical/ers-6-24x-50mm-mil-dot Up the scale a bit on price; http://bushnell.com/tactical/riflescopes/elite-tactical/xrs-4-5-30x-50mm Both have the same no questions asked warranty as Vortex so if that 338 Lapua recoil would cause an issue you are covered.
  8. DPMS has a much longer track record of no issues. Delton is pretty new to the large frame game so it may be a great one or it may be another PA10 Gen I.
  9. I've seen a couple poor reviews on that brake, mostly complained it was oversized and the tuning did not really have any effect. Can't seem to find them now, one was a review of the factory rifle, The Truth About Guns site.
  10. It does seem they need a lesson in good customer service.....but then Sig does the same crap over and over again with new releases and get away with it.
  11. I recently purchased this Barrel Cool fan/chamber flag and had a chance to use it a couple times now. Temperatures have been on the cool side so it hasn't gotten a real test yet but so far it seems to make a difference with the suppressor. I have always hated waiting so I'm constantly looking for ways to move things along. When I shoot it is almost always at a rapid pace. The time I had to wait for the suppressor to cool before I could handle it enough to move it from one rifle to another was really irritating me so my search for a solution led me to this product. At 50 degrees I have been able to handle the suppressor after running the barrel Cool for the time it takes me to walk the hundred yards and back to change a target, this is after three 5 round groups shot, 10 seconds per group and the time it takes to load the next. The price seems a little steep and batteries being the CR123's will be expensive to replace, they are said to run 7-11 hours before needing changed. When it is used as shown with the bolt pushing it forward the tube would stick in the chamber and have to be pushed or pulled out. If I cut it a bit shorter this might not happen, I will try using it with the small chunk of tube I had to cut off to fit it in the rifle and see if it is still as effective on the suppressor. The switch is real small, my nerve damaged fingers can't really feel the thing when I try to turn it on and off but then the chances of bumping it off are slim. If I am still using it in 5 years then I would say it is worth the money. http://barrelcool.com/index.php/shop/ http://barrelcool.com/index.php/about-us-2/
  12. Just hit 300 rounds on the Superlative gas block. Never did get a reply from the company about 308AR use. Once I catch a good sale on SLR's this will get moved to the 300BO or a 5.56. I can't get enough bleed off to slow down the bolt enough. No malfunctions but it is really beating up the brass bad, mostly putting a crimp in the mouth, ejects to around 2 o'clock. here are a few pics showing how dirty things get, forgot to get a shot of the powder burn on the back of the suppressor, makes her a dirty girl from front to back.
  13. Go with the DPMS, shoot it for awhile then decide if it needs any upgrades for your use. They are having a rebate program right now; http://www.dpmsinc.com/rebates
  14. Sounds like a good shooter . Too bad X-Caliber couldn't hang with us on the forum and learn a little about gas port sizing, other than that their barrels seem to be winners.
  15. Same here, I feel bad for those left behind. In my experience the pain they leave behind is tenfold what they felt themselves. I've been dead on the table and they got me back, it was just a weird experience for me, it was major trauma for my family, I could never do that to them on purpose. I have to go talk with an old friend this weekend who is spinning out fast, no job, no prospects, 2 time felon, drugs and women gave him false hope for years, now he is 50 and everything is coming home to roost. family and friends have called and asked me to run him down and see what I can do, he won't return my calls and that is usually a sign he is over his head. I will go let him know I give a poop and want to help, if it looks sketchy I will do what I have to to make sure he is safe, odds are he will not like it but then sometimes tough love is needed. LEO's are already briefed and ready for a call, a benefit of living in a small, tight knit community.
  16. No sympathy from me on suicides, selfish crybaby quitters unless they are dealing with some sort of incurable medical issue, medical not mental. Suck it up buttercup, don't punish your loved ones for your shortcomings. They think they had demons here, wait till they arrive on the other side and have one for a roommate.........

    Sum of a bfg

I really like that, excellent work!
  18. Snagged 10 boxes myself. I sure like the price trends on ammo lately!
  19. Damn! I just got the notice it was in stock.....good thing I have a few.
  20. http://palmettostatearmory.com/federal-308-168gr-sierra-matchking-bthp-gold-medal-ammunition-20rds-gm308m.html I ordered 10 boxes and with shipping it was $175.50
  21. Their attempt at customer service was pretty good for me despite their arrogance. They were willing to keep paying the shipping back and forth till they got it right, they just didn't say anything that would give me the feeling they knew what to do. It was much easier to just follow the suggestions here on the forum and fix it myself.
  22. X-Caliber strikes again! Nice accurate barrels they just don't know Chit about gas ports.......
  23. Welcome from Iowa, via North Carolina!
  24. Are you sure that is the gas block port size? Barrel gas port size maybe but that seems awfully small for a gas block.
