Good for you Drew. I'm glad things seem to be working out. Of course, moving through the holiday season......eeeshh. Hell....moving anytime of year sucks enough as it is. But at least you'll be landing in your own place when it's done. Happy for you brother.

It's about damn time. After going through the "wait-time" for all of the suppressors that I've bought, it's nice to hear some common sense on the subject. There's no reason that they should be an NFA item. Just because some of the politico's have seen too many Hollywood movies....or are just gun-hating bleeding heart liberals to begin with...doesn't justify why these devices are regulated to the extent that they are. They think that just because you can screw a can onto the end of a rifle (or pistol), it'll make you wanna go rob your local convenience store. Now I won't hold my breath on this. But it's at least nice to hear it brought up. We'll see I guess.

Still....keep in mind that these SBR's are made for storming the castle and kicking the doors in. Not shooting at them from across the fields. Though it's nice to see that they have some distance capability. Full disclosure. I have this same rifle, along with my AR10 SBR, and my FAL OSW (11"). Yes, yes.......I was going through an SBR craze there for a little while. Unfortunately, I don't have a range with that kind of distance to stretch their legs. So I've only ever tested (aka.....played with) them around the sub-gun distance as the guy in the video referred to. My range I belong to only goes to 100 for right now. Hopefully, they'll open it up to at least 200 sometime soon.

MY GOD! I've been working on and off of the local base (some of you may know as Ft. Meade) for the last week or so. (Civvy Contractor) FUK!! Is it too much to ask for a LITTLE consistency at the front gate for Christ's sake? One day.....it's nothing but DL and registration. Next day....it's being grilled about having a visitor's pass. Day after that it's about not having paperwork for going to the building that I'm stating is my destination. Day after that.........guards could care less. Now I'm not complaining about the guards that could care less.....OR the guards that wanted more detailed information. FUK!! I JUST WANT SOME FUKIN CONSISTENCY FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD! Now..........I realize......that my destination building is part of the 902nd MI........................but FUK!! My background has been cleared.......my citizenship has been cleared.....I'm no rapist.....murderer....ax killer (yet). AND...........I STILL DON'T CARE WHAT THEY'RE DOING IN THERE! All I ask for...........is to be consistent when asking for credentials. I'm not expecting a blatant pass for my (pale) white skin............just a consistent response. After all.......I probably bleed more RED, WHITE and BLUE that most do all over the fort. Just a brief rant my brothers. I'll back down now.

There is NO 30 round Armalite mag. The common one is the 20 round steel mag. If you have a steel mag at all......then you have a B model (more than likely). Then.....I say congratulations....carry on. You can get 5 and 10 round mags off of Armalite's website (or other aftermarket site's). If you have a plastic mag.....then you have an A model.

I'm with SS on this topic. I've never seemed to have an ejection / extraction problem with any of my 10's. That is......unless they get extremely filthy. And even Rob knows, that only happens with my 15's. laughing
