  2. So do I. Haven't done mine for the year yet though.
  3. No wonder he's so shiny. Just like the tip of a .............................................................................
  4. Maybe. But you're gonna get the same amount of rifle, if not more (yep....I'm kinda biased....I admit it) out of the Armalite. Like I said......just throwin it out there.
  5. Nice to have a little leverage........or backup. <laughs>
  6. Yep. But I think they're the (my beloved....traditional) B pattern uppers that they're blowin out right now. Not the "pmag friendly" A pattern. The "A4" designation is the upper receiver design.....AKA flat-top. I'd have to check with Pat (mraley) to confirm or deny the compatibility. Don't have any "A" pattern's myself. Either way. A $1000 10A / 10B is a great platform to start with. Like I said earlier. Lots of room to work with. And pay no attention to those RRA guys. They're bound to come out of the woodwork here soon.
  7. What? You're rear tensioning? Or the reference?
  8. ^^^^ How did I know that somebody would make a reference like that?
  9. For what it's worth (yes, yes....I'm labeled as the Armalite pusher).....Armalite is running a damn good sale (you can't buy the parts individually for what they're asking) on their complete uppers right now. You can get into one for just under 600. Then, get yourself a lower (between 300 and 400 already built)......and you can customize from there. Leaves you plenty of room. Just throwin it out there.
  10. Welcome to the fold BearCub.
  11. And who wouldn't?
  12. I Don't eat breakfast (just coffee)...........but I can do some damage to some bacon.
  13. No mirror's here either my man. I don't like the ugly mug that's always lookin back at me. <laughs>
  14. Purdy? You got a mirror? <laughs>
  15. Wilson Combat 9" rail for my 5.56 SBR build with the 7.5" Noveske barrel.
  16. I've got a shadow ops NIB BCG I got last year (during same silliness that Tom mentioned). It's waiting to go into a BRO Fallout 10 upper/lower set that I've got.......as soon as it comes around in the build schedule. Good machining on it and everything. But can't speak for it operational-wise yet.
  17. I use the "coppery" kind of anti-sieze that you mentioned. But a good grease would be just fine also.
  18. Bring on the bacon!
  19. Ha!. I'll have to see if he runs a bike shop in Wisconsin on the side. <laughs>
  20. ^^^^ <LMAO>
  21. Cool. That's what I figured.
  22. And that's the right answer too. That's why my son bought his REPR (LWRCi), Uzi and his Mustang (2012) before he got responsible and bought his house. The little prick (he's about 6'-2" these days).

    Coming Soon!

That thing is a beast. Love it!
  24. I've been looking at some of their rails only because the ID is suppressor/Noveske KX3 friendly. That, and they're known for making nice stuff.
