  1. Evil scientist laugh. I LIKE IT!
  2. And don't think I haven't been eye-ballin some of the green chevron's or doughnut's either.

    Greetings

    Welcome aboard tp
  4. Just walk it in my man. I usually do the same thing with any new rifle. I usually do some 5 shot groups (not looking for total accuracy) to get a judge on everything. And then.....slowly walk it in. Start at wherever you can land it on the targets. Then, slowly step out. The most important thing. Have fun while playing with it. Don't let guys intimidate you with "sub-MOA" talk. Enjoy shooting the damn thing. That's what they're made for. MOA type of accuracy comes in time. BUT.....fun can happen ALL of the time. Even if you're just blasting.........just for the sake of blasting.
  5. Alright. I think that Tom and I should be splitting this at the very least. BUT......he would have to stay on his side of the 240...........I've heard about his kind. <laughs>
  6. ACOG anybody? Hmm? Any takers?
  7. Mine is a TA11-E with the red chevron. I think it works fine for my 10 carbine. But it all comes down to personal preference with optics. What I like might not be what Jon likes, or what Tom likes, or what Rene likes, or what Larry likes, or what Rob likes, or what Greg likes. OH.......and we don't care what Dirk likes.
  8. I'm kinda liking this. I could see the pros and cons of it. As blue said, devices have QD mounts. But I could envision the different scenarios where instead of having to pop things on or off of the rail, just pop the rail off and swap for another that has a different setup of accessories out of your pack. Possibly less fumbling in the grand scheme. Damn. Now I'm probably gonna have to get one just to screw around with it. Thanks Sheep (and they call me an enabler)...........................................bastard.
  9. At the very least, you'll be handling a couple in a few weeks. SBR's that is.........................not me. <laughs>

    Oh my!!!!

Eeeeeuuuuuuuuuuuuuuwwwwwwwww! I think that I just spit up in the back of my mouth. :puke:
  11. I'm with Matt on this one. We should just lance this one and be done with it. After all, we all talk about more than just weapons from time to time, but this is just spinning outta control. A "flat spin" for you fly boys out there. And green. Dude, we're a patient bunch. We're a pretty diverse (yet tight) group around here. Just take your foot off the gas now and then. There's plenty of time to get any point across. NOW! Can we get back to tits and rifles for christ sake?

    Oh my!!!!

    "Hotdog down a hallway". <lmao>
  13. ^^^^ Now I take back everything I ever said about you, when you were busting my balls about the tripod. <LMAO>
  14. Oh......and why WOULDN'T anybody want one? They're an outright blast (pardon the pun) to play with.
  15. Does this mean that I'm building too many of them? <lmao> (SBR's that is) After all, 137,000 seemed kinda light compared to the other numbers.
  16. That was in the running for my last SBR build that I just did. Keymod or not, I think it's a pretty cool looking rail.
  17. ^^^^ <lmao>
  18. I knew that I left something out.
  19. You and me both.
  20. Sounds like a good place for the new 308AR official clubhouse/racetrack/stripbar/performance shop.
  21. That's sounds like one damn good time. Enjoy it why you can Mike.
  22. ^^^^ <lmao>
  23. Good rifle. Good deal. Did you use the Jedi mind trick to get that one?
  24. Another satisfied customer.
  25. The greatest generation. If only everybody today would be as proud to be American, as that dwindling generation was (is).
