Back to AR's A plain 10 upper? At first glance maybe ladies. It has the SASS barrel disguised under those plain-Jane handguards. I haven't quite decided which way to go with this one yet, but I've got a stripped lower dedicated for it. This one really doesn't count yet because I'm waiting on the ATF before I can take possession of it. POF P308 SBR (12" barrel on that one) I know, I know. Terrible pic. But hey, it's all I've got of it right now.

Nahhh. I get it it, man. I haven't looked at the new Trijicon yet. If it's like the size of the Elcan, I might be in.

Yeah, the ACOG may be big, but keep in mind that it's a combat optic.....on a 16" carbine. Granted....a 7.62 carbine. But the damn thing is durable. Meaning......you can bounce the thing off of the ground and it'll still work. The Elcan.......it's the specter 1x4. Once again...a combat optic. If you had to, you could pull it off of the rail and beat somebody with it. And then....put it back on. As with all optics....it all comes down to a matter of preference. Everybody has their own expectations with what they get.

98 said it right. We're all about the information on all of the platforms here. There's a lot of "builders" on this site. The guys around here are just curious about new products. That's all. And yes, you are welcome here.
