Don’t tell my mom, but this is the best meat loaf, it’s very similar to hers but she doesn’t put bacon on it or sriracha in the sauce I almost follow this recipe to a T I smoked at 200° for an hour and a half, then turned it up to 350° and glazed at like 130° internal to A crisp the bacon up more and B not risk burning the sugars in the glaze.

Damn that’s cheap! I haven’t seen them that low in awhile! I did notice the other day one of my stores had briskets at 3.79/pound down from 5.99$, and their butts we’re 1.60/ pound which has also come down

I’ve always loved watching little kids ride because they’re fucking fearless, they’re balls to the fucking wall, they don’t think of the what ifs they just fucking twist grip and fucking rip! That kids got huge balls! I’ve been following Brian degan forever then his kids for atleast the past ten, of course his daughter in stock car racing but his oldest boy winning 250’s this year at 17 and fighting it out on that last race! again I fucking love watching kids race, I went to our local track this year to photograph my cousins kids race. It made me realize how much I miss shooting motor sports.

This is one of my go to podcast, I really respect the hosts opinion on a lot of stuff, the end of this was the best with talks on how to be prepared and stay prepared for life. But the whole pod is good. the premise of the pod is you can either sit around and bitch or you can go out and make your community a better place weather it’s somthing as simple as picking up a piece of trash or putting someone’s cart away for them to getting involved in your local government

I showed my mom how to make beef bone broth because the cow we got came with soup bones, she made beef veg soup this week with it and it came out amazing, she said she won’t buy beef broth again lol ****plus I know what’s going into it there’s no added bullshit……

I still don’t get how this happens, only thing I can think of is not following directions, no inspection, no purge. that or it was a glass top stove it caved in and some how it exploded. but pressure canners are way safer than they were 50 years ago.

Thanksgiving tradition, poultry broth simmered 36 hours, thenPressure canned, Came out with 11 quarts. buddy is dropping me off some venison bones soon so I’ll probably do some more venison stock here soon too. Then I really need to buckle down and can some older meat from the freezer.
