I have a love hate relationship with it lol. I put all mine up last weekend knowing this was probably coming, but didn’t plug them in till last night lol

GF’s son is in linesman’s school in west central Tennessee, and we went down to see him for Thanksgiving. She asked him what he wanted as we probably couldn’t cook a turkey, he said STEAK! I said ok I can do that!! I got called up the piggly wiggly cuz I really like their bone in ribeyes they have and ordered 3 cut 1.25-.5”, I got them and they were more like 2” thick lol. Obviously wasn’t going to bring my pellet grill, so I utalized the air bnb’s electric oven amd brought mt small Weber charcoal grill. Rubbed them with beef tallow and heath riles jalapeño garlic rub. 170° in the oven till the steaks hit 100° about 45-60 min, then seared them on lump charcoal with some hickory chunks flipped at 115° then took them to about 130°. It was alittle nerve racking due to a new method and the cost of meat, but these were by far the best steaks I’ve ever made and everyone loved them

Left for western TN wed morning battled 40-50mph cross winds thru all of IL, just about tore the tundra and me apart! it was beautiful down there, the locals were cold lol cut the trip short due to a winter storm warning for central IL north, got home last night at 10pm, it started snowing some time after midnight. it’s not super cold high 20’s but it’s been coming down steady all day. I just got in from plowing beacuse it’s wet and heavy probably have 3-4” so far

This past wither an ATV group formed and stated raising money and partitioning to open township and city streets for ATV traffic as of right now I can’t legally leave the city but townships and the smaller towns are going to be all linked up. Couple days ago I was able to ride down to the gas station and fill up, also today was really nice out so I rode down to the grocery store and got a few things instead of taking my truck. Parks out away from everyone and met a guy also out running errands
