wow thats pretty lame. hell everyone and there bother uses a semi auto duck hunting here, i can miss them just as easy with the pump tho so thats all i use.

the guy that i ordered thru told me 67 days what the longest hes ever had to wait for one. most came in 4-6 weeks but i guess dec 11 was alot longer ago then that. hopfully ill have it buy deer hunting season:D

XTi is a nice camera, good bang for its buck. i dont know nikon well but 60D really isnt low budget:D like i said ive got a 50D with a canon 50mm, sigma 20mm wide angle, canon 28-135, and tokina 80-400 AKA magnum PI LOL

luckly the st chroix factory was directly next to the motel i used to stay in where i deer hunt and now that we stay at a cabin its about 20 min away. i have never had to spent 300$ on a rod due to the scracth and dent bin, but its hard to find a good reel too put on that good rod then LOL

one reason ive allways liked my 30.06, found everywhere and has tipped every deer ive shot right over. hopeing the .308 will do the same:D

leave for a 3 day hunt in La/Ms, a guy that i went to highschool with lives down there and "guides". really looking forward to it, beside tipping over a hog sounds like we are going to get some fishing in the gulf in and of course cajon food YUM!

what are you using? i got my first DSLR 3 years ago, i bought a used 30D off ebay with 3 lens's for a pretty damn good price. last winter this time of year i came across a litely used 50D and thats what im shooting with now. mostly do action sports, motorcycle stunts and racing and wildlife. somtimes i wish animals would understand the diference between and gun and camera somtimes LOL

do you still have anything set up? ive got a 180,125 and a 75 set up bout all i can handle anymore. im on photography-on-the-net.net, dont post much on there alot of lurking. seems like no matter how prefect a picture seems to me theres someone that will nit pick it. not that i cant take some constructive criticism, but it seems to get alil crazy on there.

on 2 tropical fish forums, id say beside hunting this was one of my first hobbies i still take part in. used to be on a few different sportbike forums got off alot of them, i still sometimes go on one of them that is model specific to the bike i own. and i just bought a new 4 wheeler so ive been on a polaris site for about 6 months now which could be very closely compared to a gun forum LOL also on a canon photography forum

set a goal this year i wanted my first pistol, and an AR this year. been wanting a pistol for years but couldnt justify it i guess you could say. well now wi is a CCW state that was one plus (not that i really plan on carrying alot but its my right ;) ), and the other is alot of my buddies have been picking them up so it gives me more people to shoot with. last month i picked up a springfield armory XD-40 4" really like it shoots smooth and spot on. so my other goal has been to pick up an AR but i didnt want a .223 because other then shooting at the range i donno what else i could really use it for. this it what made me want the .308 because i could use it for hunting bigger game also. did alot of reading on the net, and really liked the RRA LR8 elite operator. then talked to a few of me friends who are either in the gun business or i know know their poop and all of them have AR platform guns and all of them spoke highly of Rock River Arms. only thing that turned me off was and ameture review i saw on youtube, but after some further review i think the guy was kinda a sissy LOL. im not very smart in all the tecnical lingo and what not, ive been shooting and hunting for 17 years so im not noobie to guns. hope to learn some things here neal

hopeing to have mine in alil shorter time, the guy im going thru said none of his have taken more then 60 days, but i still wont have it in time for my hog hunt in early march. where did you get the scope mount?
