Thanks all for the replies. Kind of how I figured but never hurts to ask a question. I have had very little time with it, but that will change, It has a new rifle in build to live on soon.

I recently purchased an eotech 512.A65 (hws) from my lgs. Going out of business* what I've herd and what is known is the question? With supplied and with lithium bats the reticle is very blurry. So blurry I have trouble seeing the hash marks (n,s,e,w) I understand its a hologram optic and can be hard to decifer with some eyes but mine are still good. I think. Lgs tried to tell me it's designed to be used with a magnifier.. I call bs! What are your hands on experience? Should I try sending it to eotech? Pics .looks better than in person.

I went on a sog bender due to inflation of everything and price checked on line. My known offender store had a sog priced at double! So I broke protocol and went online and paid half price for what was assumed the knife I looked at.. wrong serial # still a nice new knife. But what I was after was still found at half the price locally at a (box store) so to speak. Pretty put off about a 100 year tradition store being so out of touch but the times are gone. I had to work the new knife for the last week, every night to get the knife to function well 🙃 I like it . Sog Terminus xr lte is what it says on the box . The other is a vision xr. With a tanto point. Not what I wanted but ready to go out of the box.. adding pics suck! Fix it please.
