your bipod slips forward when loaded. add a ledge or board to push against. stopping the bipod from slipping forward and holding the bipod in place when loading forward.. like biulding a wall. there are replacement feet for most bipods but this will damage a bench or in my case not work on concrete. I need to try this!

i prefer a mono pod and bipod for precision work. Its like cheeting. I do cradle my free hand at my sholder position without the mono pod. and always load the bipod.. I learned that from here?

I'm with @Unforgiven aim small miss small! I have maybe 10 rounds of 00 buck shot and have my shotty loaded with bird shot for the ladies. Having them defend themselves with a load that will jar them enough to make a poor second shot is worthless. Its all about the klick klack of the racking, thats all i hope anyone has to train for. I'll do the precision work if necessary. I can say wrecking shits with 00 is a done deal!

i agree wide open in subs or other even canned. not a problem in my experience with 8" to 10.5" canned or not. 16" has no problem either way, its just fun to run. Wide open!!

Just picked up an OLIGHT pl mini valkyrie 2. In (fde?) more like metalic green but no one can see past the 600 lumens. fast charge usb, super lite weight compared to my others. and very affordable 90$ It states for pistol only so ill keep it there for now. 7 yards to the 12' wide garage door in the dark. I'll test it at the range soon.

im sure these have been posted elsewhere but I need to state jacob did a pistol lenght custom for me. It's a few inches shorter overall so i can snug it down without any slop?
