Some great points, I agree 100% buried in a bunker is only viable to a select few most will not have young kids.... also taking to the back country is only a option in certain times of the year unless you have mega caches stored there...knowing all your neighbors is a must have a party meet and greet, learn who they are what they think and choose wisely.....

It is a huge problem up here I just took a trapping class and I am going to try and trap some... have to get a snow sled first will try to outfit myself for next year .....

The Clearwater elk heard used to be the biggest in the state untill the wolves now it is down to 1800 from 23,000 a lot of times they just kill eat the choice parts and move on leaving the rest to rot we eradicated these bastards once but forward thinking liberals decided we needed them back ... brilliant huh?

Well not really that bad a deal LOL I got my Eotech 512 and mounted it up and went to sight it in so wife says she needs to shoot her pistol so we go shooting. everything is fine till she ask me how that sight works so I say here look thru it and when what you want to hit is inside that circle pull the trigger bad move she shoots it 5 or 6 times and turns to say I really like this DOH! ok so ordering another one today..... yikes I am going to have to unretire ....

My Father a 30 year Navy Chief told me stories about WW2 that curdled my inards he was sunk 3 times, was within 500 miles of the Bismark when she was sunk they were on their way to help ...and when he talked about getting sunk he was like it was no big deal he said that was their duty...I remember him telling me about when he became a chief he was walking up from chow on the CVS-18 Wasp and the CO ask him where his chiefs hat was, Dad said i was confused and told the CO i was not A CHIEF the CO said you are now....advancement in war... my hats off and all gratitude to all those great warriors thank you for what we have now......and save me a place by the fire...
