  1. Indeed amazing men doing their jobs on a unreal level under the worst conditions it is simply mind blowing what these men have done...
  2. That is a great video, we should listen with great intent... Chief Tecumseh Quote, Listen to the voice of duty, of honor, of nature and of your endangered country. Let us form one body, one heart, and defend to the last warrior our country, our homes, our liberty, and the graves of our fathers. <> Those words apply as well today as they did in 1791
  3. A Choctaw Warriors story. Van T. Barfoot's Medal of Honor citation: For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of life above and beyond the call of duty on 23 May 1944, near Carano, Italy. With his platoon heavily engaged during an assault against forces well entrenched on commanding ground, 2d Lt. Barfoot (then Tech. Sgt.) moved off alone upon the enemy left flank. He crawled to the proximity of 1 machinegun nest and made a direct hit on it with a hand grenade, killing 2 and wounding 3 Germans. He continued along the German defense line to another machinegun emplacement, and with his tommygun killed 2 and captured 3 soldiers. Members of another enemy machinegun crew then abandoned their position and gave themselves up to Sgt. Barfoot. Leaving the prisoners for his support squad to pick up, he proceeded to mop up positions in the immediate area, capturing more prisoners and bringing his total count to 17. Later that day, after he had reorganized his men and consolidated the newly captured ground, the enemy launched a fierce armored counterattack directly at his platoon positions. Securing a bazooka, Sgt. Barfoot took up an exposed position directly in front of 3 advancing Mark VI tanks. From a distance of 75 yards his first shot destroyed the track of the leading tank, effectively disabling it, while the other 2 changed direction toward the flank. As the crew of the disabled tank dismounted, Sgt. Barfoot killed 3 of them with his tommygun. He continued onward into enemy terrain and destroyed a recently abandoned German fieldpiece with a demolition charge placed in the breech. While returning to his platoon position, Sgt. Barfoot, though greatly fatigued by his Herculean efforts, assisted 2 of his seriously wounded men 1,700 yards to a position of safety. Sgt. Barfoot's extraordinary heroism, demonstration of magnificent valor, and aggressive determination in the face of point-blank fire are a perpetual inspiration to his fellow soldiers." This 1944 Medal of Honor citation, listed with the National Medal of Honor Society, is for Second Lieutenant Van T. Barfoot, 157th Infantry, 45th Infantry. As a Native American Indian recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, Mr. Barfoot is one of only five American Indians that have been distinguished by receiving the United States' highest military honor (the Medal of Honor) during the 20th century. Awarded by the United States Congress for military heroism "above and beyond the call of duty," these American Indian warriors exhibited extraordinary bravery in the face of the enemy and, in two cases, made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

  13. So Memory issues when i was in my mid to late 20's I ran a pack of bear dogs I had 4 or 5 at any one time and a core pack of three dogs that were top notch bear dogs they caught 60% of the bears they ran, so life was getting real we were having kids and i had to start being more responsible, no laughing you Fukers. So decided to sell the pack of dogs and concentrate on building our 1 st house . So one guy was from Wisconsin and he really wanted to buy my lead strike dog so he calls me and we agree on 2500 bucks he is to send me a cashiers check i send him the dog he gets 10 days for a trail period if i do not hear back from him i cash the check he keeps the dog. So i am working on the house and sheet rocking i had put the check over a window sill and yep i sheet rock it right in , so about 6 days go by the man calls and says cash the check you are not getting him back i say ok enjoy and that is that, I hang up the phone and what are the first words out of my mouth ? why I ask the wife what she did with the check we can cash it she says I have no clue where you put it Great! We looked for 3 days tore everything apart and figured in the construction that we must have thrown it out with the trash I am really upset then a light bulb came on a took a hammer and made a hole stuck my hand in and said see i knew you put it up here .. we had a good laugh and went and cashed it and had a steak dinner.
  14. Ok when the Rat a tat tat first came out 98 had us all doing hardcore stuff with it , so i had a extra 5.56 BCG and up here hunting in winter can be from 60 degrees to 20 below zero and to much oil on your bolt or trigger can be a problem so i froze the BCG after lubing, and like many old farts I forgot about it found it 14 months later pulled it out and started firing... great stuff after I soak a new BCG or any part in Mobile one syn. i then use a Qtip and slightly warm the AZ lube and apply works like you got owl $hit on a glass door knob!
  15. The AZ lube is just plain awesome had a BCG in the freezer with it lubed with AZ forgot about it and 1 year later founds it took it straight out and put it in a 5.56 gun and mag dumped ran like a swiss watch ,then took it out of the gun and wiped it clean was simple no stuck mess just very smooth metal and cleaned up easy. Pistol rails are always a PITA not with this stuff and your weapon will run and feel much smoother when AZ is in the rails......Rat a tat tat Mofo's

  20. On new builds or new buys I still like starting with soaking my BCG in Mobile one synthetic oil 30 wt I keep it submerged in the stuff for at least two weeks and have it in there when not shooting the first few weeks after a couple weeks it just gets slick and the oil bonds to the metal makes it super easy to clean and works well in the gun also for new builds or buys I use it throughout the weapon inside upper on all moving parts once the parts are married just oil it once in a while.
