Three brands to watch for: CCI Blazer, Federal, and Perfecta(Italian). They all look so similar I am pretty sure it is one manufacturer doing it for all three. Probably Perfecta, Which is a subsidiary of Tula, I believe, or distributed by them.

If any of you ever run into the guy who came up with the idea of using small primers in 45acp, do this to him. Even though I culled through it, somehow 3 small primer brass evaded me in my bin of 225 45 acp brass. Popped the decapping rod three times. fortunately on Lee dies they can be reset and don't just break. Still, just a pain in the neck.

I think perhaps he had an underlying mental disease state that was triggered by something. He took a long time to plan this including some dress rehearsals at other events. Now they have changed the timeline of the security guard actually going to his room ahead of the gunfire, and that he pumped 200 bullets through the door before he started shooting at the crowd. It makes me wonder if this was a game he played and never followed through on but when that alarm a few doors down went off and the security guard went up to check it out, he panicked and thought they had caught him and set the tragic sequence of events into motion. We may never know.

No sweat. Anytime. This was the biggest research vessel on Lake Superior. We did three trawls to check the prey fish status. Unfortunately the water was still 60F 40 meters down. That is not good for a cold water lake. Climate change is unfortnatly real. So we found far fewer cold water fish. The crew was abunch of good guys including a couple of retired Coast Guard guys with Bering Sea experience. Learned a lot.

That kind of stuff makes hunting and.fishing worthwhile even when you don't get anything. Tomorrow I am going out on a 105 foot research vessel for the day. Looking forward to it!
