I have been there more than one times. My wife and I took wife's mother and my youngest daughter there for mother-in-law's 75th birthday and daughter's H.S. graduation. Grandson's dad,our son, was a Marine stationed there at the time.
Texas has cows,Texans eat cows. Texas has horses Texans ride horses, Texas has cowboys, cowboys eat cows, cowboys ride horses. Cowboys play football, bears play football. Cowboys play bears in football!
I wasn't sure when I saw the ceremony commemoration for Pearl Harbor day 75th anniversary this morning that my grandsons ship the USS Halsey was the lead ship, since I didn't see the number on the bow but in the evening news it was mentioned that the lead ship is the Halsey. I saw the hull number 97 and knew that my grandson had duty today. He is a 21 year old E4 gas turbine tech.

Well, Plane when those folks show up for training you at least know you can tell them as you hold up the Govt. Model .45ACP...
"This ain't a football!"
I will drink to that, Wash.
I just happen to have a fresh bottle of Jack Black and plenty of lake water for a change. Last year the lake was 38 feet low. Now it is full! Truly the last half of 2016 has been a blessing for my family.
Jesus is the reason for the season
AMEN and you don't get over the effects in a single sleep. (I don't know about the dolphin rape thing, will have to take your word for it 100-2,Z,4+1,V)
I have driven all over Texas and the US and Canada I just leave early and drive fast! The worst thing about driving in Alaska is just getting there!......go as far as the road goes, then rent a small airplane with big tires, and floats or skis depending what part of the year you. One of my company friends ask me where I got my float plane license, and looked kind of funny when I told him in Louisiana.
I have a DPMS .308 Oracle and I thought about just grinding the rail on the gas block down with a 4" grinder and then fileing it down smooth, so the free floating handguard, like the one that Midway sells for a DPMS LR308 will clear the gas block, then paint the bare metal. As far as I am concerned the rail on the gas block is worthless, but I don't have a problem so far with the factory handguard. That is another project right now.
AMEN, bro Shepp, and when I was younger I was busy working and busy raising four kids and that took most of my time and most of the money.
Now I am enjoying what activities an old codger can do. It don't take a lot of athleticism to pull a trigger and that is what I enjoy a lot
It should be here by Dec. 12, Thanks again. I have a match to use it in Dec 17. I also ordered a new shooting bench. Now I won't have to share one at the ranges. Us seniors over 75 are allowed all kinds of Perks. What is it they say about "He who dies with the most toys?"
Thanks It looks like what I need for the M1A, and Amazon is one of my favorite places to shop. Eazy to just wait on the brown truck to come up to the house
THANKS!
