  1. It doesn't stop at one rifle but lucky for you this is a very supportive group will gladly help you spend your money.
  2. Pistol caliber carbines are fun.
  3. Pretty much so far from Jan 1 - Jul 1 there have been 1455 OD deaths in BC but there is also a lot of money to be made by groups that cater to supporting these people. Groups receive federal, provincial and municiple money along with corporate sponsership. Actually solving the problem will kill the cash cow. It's been 20 years since first legal safe injection site that the 'experts' said was needed to solve the drug issue. Well not only has it not solved it its made it worse with a higher concentration of junkies, attracted junkies from other parts of Canada, increase in all sorts of crime including random stranger attacks.
  4. In Vancouver where some genius thought providing a place for junkies to shoot up without being arrested etc was a good idea. All this did was have all the junkies gather in one area( lots of junkies from other parts of Canada to). Paramedics are being run off their feet, in some cases junkies being brought back twice in a 24 hr period. There is a shortage of paramedics in BC and these junkies are tying up services.
  5. What a terrible way to spend 3 days
  6. Be interesing to have her watch the video once she sobers up... curious to see her reaction to her behavior.
  7. Welcome from BC
  8. Seems like a good way to payback some generous poltical donor either through salary/expense accounts or consulting contracts
  9. Welcome from BC
  10. Yeah rainy season has begun here so the pictures are much appreciated @Armed Eye Doc
  11. I have the Ken Onion Worksharp sharpening system also. What I like about it is it's quick and easy to set up and use so once the blades is sharp, maintining the sharpness is easy.
  12. This was about 7-8 years ago. Showed up on a site( high end downtown Vancouver condo) units in the finishing stages So the day before 2 guys and a 5 ton truck( them in company shirts, truck with decals) showed up and removed a bunch of Miele appliances( dishwashers, dryers and washing machines) Turns out they had no connection to any supplier just told everyone there was a warranty issue and the units were being replaced. Took about two hours to fill the truck and then simply disappeared.
  13. Thanks that's good to know.
  14. Damn
  15. It's all good, I'm bilingual when it comes to measurements. How Canada is English/French we're also metric/SAE. It's not uncommon to have drawings in metric but the materials and hardware in inches. Go to a hardware store and lumber is still 2x4 and it's much easier to buy, plywod is still 4x8 sheets and a 1/4-20 bolt is easier to scource than a 6mm bolt. Handy tip for the day 3/4" and 19mm wrenches and hex keys are interchangable as is 5/16" and 8mm. You'd be suprised how far you can thread in a 5/16" bolt into a 8mm threaded hole thinking it's a bit tight befire really getting it jammed. 😢
  16. C7CT and to save others from maple syrup induced diabetic shock C7 is the model number and CT stands for Custom Tactical Sadly I can't have a suppressor and will need to borrow 20 rd mags when shooting in the desert.
  17. The 6.5PRC, the C20 inspired, the C7CT inspired,WK180 for rifles maybe a 5th wild card or drop the WK180.
  18. You said gone wild which to me usually means topless which the pressure cooker was 😲 So no picture but how about a a short video with a bit of side around the 1 min mark.
  19. Well it did end up topless...
  20. Things are slowly coming into place, prepping and packing of gear has begun. Rifles have been chosen, just need to figure out which pistols to bring.
  21. Wait till Doc goes tacticool...
  22. Seems they will not show it to Canadians, guess I'll have to play around with my ISP location....
  23. Well have to say your morning was a lot more fun than mine and mine wasn't even a bad morning.
