  4. Making holes in the dirt is 1st year apprentice work, I'm just doing it now on steroids. They either bury my work or teardown what's on the surface when the project is done. I hear what you're saying about the Chicago and the craftsmenship that's gone into it. It makes what's happening to the city that much more of a tragedy.

  12. I'm also in the same boat, my distance is fine just up close. Where I noticed an issue was up close and working over my head. I got some double D segmented safety glasses I found for me these work great for shooting pistol being able to transition between front sight and target without moving my head. Also easy for shooting through rifle scope works. I find with my regular progressives I can shoot just need to tilt my head and not as fast/accurate as the double Ds I'm lucky in that my optometrist been very interested in the whole shooting and glasses thing and benifits is picking up the tab for the glasses. These are much better than the plastic safety glasses.
  13. I had a chance to tou the Midway years ago, same weekend also toured a German WW2 sub they had at the time. Quite the contrast in living conditions.

  22. Plan is to cross the border next weekend and join Custer Sportsmens Club and we can get in practice and drills.I'll keep you updated. The big plus it gives me a reason to enter Washington with guns making trips to Arizona and @Magwa shorter.
