I will fess up. I have worked in manufacturing and construction all of my life. I am an engineer. I have been semi retired for about 4 years now. I work from home now and am doing accounting for a small company.

Owning one would be a novelty for sure. It would be prohibitively expensive to shoot often. Well, maybe a 9mm.

Agreed. Never quit. Keep pecking at them and try to gain more players on your side. You can tell when you are close because they get mad and get louder.

I have to admit that I picked up a couple of the BCA right side charging uppers. The price was right for a small frame to be used for short distance shooting. So far, no issues. I will report after using them more.

Meanwhile, back to the thread topic. This story does have a very happy ending. Three more off the streets and a fourth may not be an issue ever again.

Those are some scary photos. The shooter was lucky. I keep different ammo in different ammo cases. I will be marking my 300BO magazines.

The crazy delivery people showed up the other day with a new Aero charging handle. I had purchased a no name brand because it was cheap. We all know what cheap gets us. The new charging handle sure seems to operate well. No range testing yet but I am confident I will be happier with this part.
