Well I'm glad you asked for my opinion before it was given, it proves that there's a first time for everything! If you want to accomplish the same thing with much less time & money spent, buy a box of this stuff and shoot a box, breakin finished. Clean your bore and shoot whatever suits your fancy after that. At this point I'm pretty sure barrel break-in is primarily advantageous to barrel makers and ammunition manufacturers.

I used the big-ass dpms wrench (BADW), one end is for the ar15 type, and the other for the sr25 type.

Full-on disarmament would never work and they know it full well. They will have to wait for our government to slowly and surely disarm us through regulations. Well, the first question I'd want to ask is are you leaning more towards one or the other. The reasoning here is that you can build an extremely accurate tack-driving long range machine that you would never want to lug around the woods, and on the other hand, having a rig that IS light enough to lug around means you're probably inherently sacrificing a little accuracy. Fulfilling two dissimilar roles usually means compromising the keystone attributes of each role, typically leaving the user unhappy with his weapon in both roles. This is why it is so common to simply try to budget build for a given role.
