  1. I remember it well! I'm going to have to find a way to source some ammo, I can't seem to find any good ammo. I have plenty but I'm not going to shoot what I can't replace.
  2. Based on my research, the Tikka is an amazing rig straight out of the box. I know the gear can do it, I just have to get the Indian up to speed about the arrow.
  3. I'm no good on a bolt gun, the status quo will undoubtedly be unchanged.
  4. What do I have on order? Well, I'm glad you asked... Tikka T3x TAC A1 in 6.5 Creedmore!
  5. Well you said it yourself, look how many he's got on his payroll....
  6. In front of a dozen of Doc's actual friends no less.... That was ballsy!
  7. It's not a rule, by any stretch of the imagination. It's simply my recommendation, I don't begrudge anyone who wants to disregard it. My only intention is to save others some grief, by all means use what you know will work for you.
  8. That will depend on your ammunition and whether your turrets are MIL or MOA. The likelihood is that they are MIL turrets.
  9. Done, it's in the BRO section now.
  10. I wouldn't advise trying to run any soft-point bullet in a 308 AR, it may or may not work out, with failure being more common than success. It has to hurt to watch good handloads be ruined by a rifle that's designed for hard-pointed ammunition.
  11. Wilson Combat is notorious for an undersized gas port on early run barrels. You'll end up drilling that gas port size up. Fortunately, it's not too difficult.
  12. Belated happy birthday Mack!
  13. Welcome from a fellow Tool & Die backgrounded machinist.
  14. He's gone, been gone for a day or two.
  15. You gotta admit that would take care of the headaches...
  16. No, I believe they did so to elect a president that would toe the party line and maintain the status quo of imposing the will of establishment crooks. Do you really believe that Republicans genuinely represent your best interests? Why did so many of them oppose DJT at the outset of his campaign, and why did they flip-flop once he became the clear favorite for the Presidency? Trump campaigned on draining the swamp and that's counter to both the Democratic and Republican establishment agenda.
  17. That's the kind that's so good/bad you gotta share it!
  18. Glad it worked out for you, that's a fantastic outcome!
  19. The joke is on you, you have absolutely no idea of which industry experts this forum includes in it's core group, ironically because you're just another internet expert.
  20. Welcome to the forum, great to have you and glad your rifle is running top notch!
