Ribs brother! Cook ribs as low as possible, I have a four burner grill and I only turn on two burners on low. Its usually around 250° for 2hrs per rack. Now I usually season with a dry rub consisting of cinnamon, paprika, red pepper, and black pepper. (2tbsp of paprika, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 2 tsp of each pepper ) Next, with about ten to fifteen mins left, I'll brush on my sauce (1 cup molasses, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup of green tobasco, 2tbsp worscheshire (sp?), and brown sugar to taste.)
