Both - phone and online. They're rude, on the phone, that's for sure. I understand their perspective, and the cause of the attitude, though. They're small, have low prices, and are busy as hell. When you call them, they'll be pissed off and rude. One thing - if it's available for purchase on their website, then they DO have it in stock. Calling them to ask if something on the website is really in stock completely sets them off... <thumbsup> <lmao> Did a couple orders last summer for parts and BCGs for friends. Everything was timely, for normal shipping times during last summer. Just ordered the latest BCG on 29 December, so I don't really expect it for a couple more weeks, the way things are going right now.

HAHA! I know, man. Hexed myself. Hey, funny thing about Fords - I carry a 15lb fire extinguisher in the back of my truck, everywhere I go. It's not for me... The ONLY time I've ever used it was to put out a Ford - on fire AT a gas station... :o I'm just trying to get some damn gas, and I see this smokin' thing pulling into the station. Next thing I know, there's a flash, and assholes are screaming and running all over - but away. I grabbed the big red can, walked over to the truck, and shot the hell out of it. His trans was on fire. Never seen one get that hot before, that it would blow ATF, and be so hot it would catch on fire. Driver's door was open, so I made sure I gave the cab a shot, too. The dumbass owner was behind me, literally pulling on his hair. Only thing I could think to say to the idiot was "You owe me your truck and toy hauler." He just looked at me... Fords... <lmao>

Tough call, and question - If I understand all this right, the way it's supposed to work, Obamacare was legislative, but could be affected by The King's Executive Orders, if it hadn't been enacted yet. Example, Obamacare doesn't go into effect until 2014. I think what will fcuk The King right in his ass is - starting January 1st, we're paying taxes for Obamacare. It's "enacted" already, thus can't be changed by Executive Order. We'll see who wins the "definition war" on this one...
