  1. I'm over there, but rarely post anything.
  2. Bravo Company, or Spikes. One of the two.
  3. That's it ^^^. Yankee Hill makes the Fulton rails, too. <thumbsup>
  4. That vid kicks H&Ks ass - better than the 416 vid, for sure... <thumbsup> <laughs>
  5. He has mini-wood... <laughs>
  6. That's what happens when you post deals... <laughs> There are other people that watch this board, that aren't members. When they see something, it gets cross-linked all over the .www. Aaaaaaand, gone. <lmao>
  7. Better read what mrraley posted above ^^^, with the Armalite specs. Check your stuff closely, before you try to shoot anything...
  8. Mine is on the way - still in stock right now, at RifleGear. <thumbsup> http://www.riflegear.com/p-1614-mossberg-mvp-predator-185.aspx They have the 20" Predator, also, and in stock. Click around and it'll come up. Go to Rifles, Mossberg, and you're there. Let's see how long this lasts, once posted... <laughs>
  9. That didn't last long - OOS again already... <lmao> <laughs>
  10. Armalite AR-10 5rd mags are in stock at DSG Arms. <thumbsup>
  11. I didn't find it - DNP sent me a text this morning... <thumbsup> <laughs>
  12. He was here long enough to make his post, and now he's offline. If he's a vendor, he can contact Drew (imschur) about becoming a board sponsor. If it's a private sale, more power to him. I'd move it to the For Sale section, and lock it, with instructions to contact a Mod or Admin with the information to get it unlocked, and the sale to continue. <thumbsup> I already sent him a PM...
  13. That's a good feeling, right there! <thumbsup> <laughs>
  14. ^^^ Exactly... If you luck into one, it will be OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED... :o Try to keep track of some of the prices - I bet there's some pretty desparate people willing to pay silly money for things right now. :cookoo:
  15. I think it was this morning - Palmetto State Armory has FGMM for $22 per 20 box. <thumbsup>
  16. Told ya, brother - have faith in Clint McKee. <thumbsup>
  17. You're not the only one, brother - not in the least. Friends that have been asking me for the last year, or more. What should I get, where can I get it, what good deals are out there, etc... NOW, they're very serious about picking up what they want, or need - and it's almost too late. I made a post here, on this board, last March. Buy, buy, buy. When you see AR-15 lowers on sale, in a 3-pack, or 5-pack, during the "holiday sales," then get them. Some people here gave me some poop. I got teased and messed with (you guys know who you are... :fawkdance:)... I told friends the same thing - you see it, get it. It's plentiful right now, and it won't be come election time, no matter who wins. Now, we're in a world of hurt. It might go south real fast, too, and get much, much worse. And maybe, it won't. Chances aren't likely, though. I've watched parts, from companies that you never thought would raise their prices - raise. My favorite bolt carrier groups have gone from $139 to $159 to $179. Everything will be like this, and ban-or-not, will stay up for quite some time, probably through next year (if 2008 was any indication). I'm still trying to find parts all over - not because I need them, though. I still look, all the time, for friends. I just know where to look, and they don't. They're desparate now, so I'll do what I can for them, but it's really tough not slapping them in the back of the head, and saying, "Dumbass..." :bitchslap: At this point, brother, it is what it is. We tried. We can keep trying to help them, too, but who knows what the outcome will really be. The cards have to fall where they may... <thumbsup>
  18. ^^^ Very good point. <thumbsup>

    Damn. :o I want that Jeep! <thumbsup> <laughs>
  20. Stay away from Herter's steel-cased .223 Rem ammo - that weakass poop won't cycle the action in an AR. Might run fine in a bolt, dunno... <dontknow>
  21. I agree, Matt. Here's another piece of the puzzle - that BCG is moving way too fast. Could be a weak/incorrect buffer spring, too light of a buffer, or overgassed. It shouldn't be denting cases. <dontknow>

^^^ Most impressive Bird of Prey in existance. Spent a little time in Alaska. Elmendorf AFB has a wounded-eagle aviary on base. You can get out, walk up, and look at the Eagles. It's an eye opener when you walk up, and there's one on the other side of the wire, and he comes up to your waist... It's something you don't think about when you see them in the air - they're pretty damn huge, and could rip you apart with little effort. Incredible creatures. <thumbsup>
  23. Brother, don't put it together, then shoot paint over the pins, bolt catch, mag release, etc. It would be a PITA to disassemble with that poop locking everything together. It's never a problem to slam it together, shoot it in a little, then rip everything down for paint later - that's exactly what I'm doing with the 14.5" I was sighting in on New Year's Day, brother. Meant to rip it apart and paint it yesterday, but my day got ruined when I had to go to the school and talk to the HMFICs about my kid getting in a fight... <dontknow>
  24. If it's the first 308 the guy has built, look at the bolt catch first (make sure it's not the AR-15 part), then the buffer, and then buffer spring.
  25. So, one big disjointed effort. 19 Jan, 8 Feb, whenever someone else decides to name a date, and make a video to announce it. We, collectively, need to get our poop together. <thumbsup> (Not the members of this board - the 2A community, as a whole)
