  1. I'll fix it myself - trans output shaft is fine, t-case input shaft is fine. Broke the overdrive housing, on the back of the trans. T-case housing is fine. Already found the overdrive housing, used with new gaskets and seals, for $85. Done deal on that thing. Carnage: T-case, hanging by a ratchet strap: (pic 1 below) Blown right off the back of the trans: (pic 2 below) Wiped out overdrive housing: (pic 3 below) It is what it is... might as well rebuild the t-case while it's out. <dontknow>
  2. I second the CMC mags in a 1911. <thumbsup> I've got alot of them, and none have ever had an issue.
  3. Damn, that's good. <thumbsup>
  4. Busted up my truck pretty bad tonight (last night, now?). Went to Phoenix Supercross Saturday night - GREAT race! Stayed in Phoenix, drove home Sunday night (tonight). Get about 60 miles into a 180+ mile trip home, and it let loose - sounded just like when you blow out a driveshaft u-joint, except a hell of alot more vibration. No power, hit the gas and it gets worse, etc. Careen the 6,000lb beast off the right side of the road, just KNOWING I'm in for a tough u-joint change on the side of I-10. Grab headlamp, climb under truck... Oh, the horror. Driveshaft indeed point down at the ground, from the front. Transfer case also pointing down at the ground, and NOT attached to the end of the trans... :o Either the front of the t-case housing broke, or the trans output housing broke. Sure as hell, something is broken BAD... All the excitement went down sometime around 8pm. It's 1:30am now, I'm home, and the truck is home - and it's still very broken. I'll get some pics tomorrow. It came home on a car trailer, hooked to a Dodge 6.7 deisel. :(
  5. In the next few days, I'll pull out a few of each, and try to determine the exact one. <thumbsup>
  6. I'm over there, but rarely post anything.
  7. Bravo Company, or Spikes. One of the two.
  8. That's it ^^^. Yankee Hill makes the Fulton rails, too. <thumbsup>
  9. That vid kicks H&Ks ass - better than the 416 vid, for sure... <thumbsup> <laughs>
  10. He has mini-wood... <laughs>
  11. That's what happens when you post deals... <laughs> There are other people that watch this board, that aren't members. When they see something, it gets cross-linked all over the .www. Aaaaaaand, gone. <lmao>
  12. Better read what mrraley posted above ^^^, with the Armalite specs. Check your stuff closely, before you try to shoot anything...
  13. Mine is on the way - still in stock right now, at RifleGear. <thumbsup> http://www.riflegear.com/p-1614-mossberg-mvp-predator-185.aspx They have the 20" Predator, also, and in stock. Click around and it'll come up. Go to Rifles, Mossberg, and you're there. Let's see how long this lasts, once posted... <laughs>
  14. That didn't last long - OOS again already... <lmao> <laughs>
  15. Armalite AR-10 5rd mags are in stock at DSG Arms. <thumbsup>
  16. I didn't find it - DNP sent me a text this morning... <thumbsup> <laughs>
  17. He was here long enough to make his post, and now he's offline. If he's a vendor, he can contact Drew (imschur) about becoming a board sponsor. If it's a private sale, more power to him. I'd move it to the For Sale section, and lock it, with instructions to contact a Mod or Admin with the information to get it unlocked, and the sale to continue. <thumbsup> I already sent him a PM...
  18. That's a good feeling, right there! <thumbsup> <laughs>
  19. ^^^ Exactly... If you luck into one, it will be OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED... :o Try to keep track of some of the prices - I bet there's some pretty desparate people willing to pay silly money for things right now. :cookoo:
  20. I think it was this morning - Palmetto State Armory has FGMM for $22 per 20 box. <thumbsup>
  21. Told ya, brother - have faith in Clint McKee. <thumbsup>
  22. You're not the only one, brother - not in the least. Friends that have been asking me for the last year, or more. What should I get, where can I get it, what good deals are out there, etc... NOW, they're very serious about picking up what they want, or need - and it's almost too late. I made a post here, on this board, last March. Buy, buy, buy. When you see AR-15 lowers on sale, in a 3-pack, or 5-pack, during the "holiday sales," then get them. Some people here gave me some poop. I got teased and messed with (you guys know who you are... :fawkdance:)... I told friends the same thing - you see it, get it. It's plentiful right now, and it won't be come election time, no matter who wins. Now, we're in a world of hurt. It might go south real fast, too, and get much, much worse. And maybe, it won't. Chances aren't likely, though. I've watched parts, from companies that you never thought would raise their prices - raise. My favorite bolt carrier groups have gone from $139 to $159 to $179. Everything will be like this, and ban-or-not, will stay up for quite some time, probably through next year (if 2008 was any indication). I'm still trying to find parts all over - not because I need them, though. I still look, all the time, for friends. I just know where to look, and they don't. They're desparate now, so I'll do what I can for them, but it's really tough not slapping them in the back of the head, and saying, "Dumbass..." :bitchslap: At this point, brother, it is what it is. We tried. We can keep trying to help them, too, but who knows what the outcome will really be. The cards have to fall where they may... <thumbsup>
  23. ^^^ Very good point. <thumbsup>
