You match the buffer and spring to the stock system, not the gas system on the barrel. In your case, with the UBR, you need "carbine" parts - shorter buffer and spring, for a collapsible stock (and for a 308 AR - not AR-15 parts). Rifle buttstock parts are not gonna work with the UBR.

Truer words have not been spoken - if you find something in stock, that fits your desires, you better grab it. <thumbsup>

Have you looked at any of the 1-6 scopes out there now? They're pretty pricey, but get out to 6x and are smaller than most "normal" scopes. <thumbsup>

Yes, it's out there, somewhere, and I need to know about it. If anyone can scourge the 'net and find out more, I'd be greatly appreciative. Found out about it from the new issue of Tactical Weapons, and they're testing the new Sako TRG M10. They talk about the .338 "Super" Lapua Magnum, and the overall length of the round is 4". The standard .338 Lapua Magnum overall length is 3.68". The new Sako TRG M10 is made to handle the newer Super Lapua Magnum. As well as "standard" .338 LM, .300 WinMag, .308 Win. I'm finally sold. :o

Using a PRI .936 lo-profile gas block. Non-adjustable. It's a damn great barrel. I'll try to find some pics of targets (they're all posted here, at any rate, somewhere).
