LaRue LT-158 mount in 30mm is my go-to for all ARs, and especially ones with 50mm Objectives. 1.44" height to scope centerline, over the top of the rail, and it's got 10 MOA of cant built into it. It's $210 with the QD levers. You can get it for $160 it you select the "Legacy VFZ Mount" for it - locks down with 3/8" bolt heads, instead of QD levers. Rock Solid.

This isn't a compatibility issue between the Noveske parts and the Aero receivers. The Noveske parts are all Armalite AR-10 pattern, by the way - that is true. I have a 13.5" Armalite AR-10 competition barrel and AR-10 BCG running in a set of Aero M5 receivers, and it runs like a champ. The parts comp. isn't what's stopping this thing from running - just talking about Noveske BCG and barrel, and Aero M5 receivers. The other parts - we need to know about...

Update on Armalite recoil system kits - ordered another AR-10 carbine recoil system on Tuesday at 10:25pm, got tracking on Thursday morning at 8:59am.

Looking back at this now, a week later - this happens daily here, with Newbs. I'm just sayin...

Yes, they do use larger, longer pins, if you're comparing it to the AR15 part. No way, no how will the AR15 part work in a .308AR. Searching online is the best way, just to find some - but everything is backordered right now. I'm on a waiting list for 4 of the solid pins, just waiting. Used my last spare a few weeks ago.
