  1. Same with the M&P 10. Of what the guy listed, I'd buy that Springfield.
  2. In the last year-ish, I've converted over ALL of my powertools to Milwaukee. 5yr warranty on the tool, 3yr wtty on the batteries. I beat the shiit out of these things daily. Haven't broke a tool yet, but have one battery in for wtty right now. It'll just get replaced. I took all my Matco power tools home, after 10 years on those things. I streamlined my tool line, and have ONE rapid-charger in my charge drawer in the box, that charges all my tools/batteries, both 12v and 18v. Drill, Impacts, screw guns, soldering iron, blower, electric ratchets - all of them. The Milwaukee stuff these days is pretty badass, and there is no better warranty.
  3. Appleseed - goes into great details on this. All the events of that day and days later, and all the event that led up to the tensions that started it all. You learn a great amount of history of this country at one of those shoots, as well as how to be a much better marksman.
  4. When my measly 1200 hits, I'm giving it to St Mary's Food Bank in Phx. I don't want a handout, and since it's not a choice to take it, I'll give it to the place that needs it. Next year, I'll write that fucker off as a donation to a food bank, too. That's one way to honestly get my money, and fuk some Handout-Dems in the process.
  5. Glass Half Full? That means you're optimistic, and know you can make it through anything. I'm with you, brother. Glass Half Empty - if that's who you are, you're always bitching, whining, crying, and seeing the negative in everything. Nothing is ever good enough for you. You'd find the dark side from finding a pot of fucking gold. I'm with you, Rene.
  6. This is actually a savior for many larger "gun dealerships." The bigger companies went ALL IN before the 2016 Election, when all the "models and polls and graphs" stated that Hittlery was gonna be US Prez. SO MANY companies went very deep, million(s)-dollars-credit-lines, bought everything they could - and the plan was... "This is IT, men. It's our LAST Shebang. She will ban EVERYTHING. We buy it all NOW, and sell it SUPER HIGH LIKE CTD when it all comes crashing down, and Clinton AWB #2 hits!!!. Our business is OVER after that, and you'll get good severance checks..." But... Hittlery LOST. TRUMP WON. There was no 2016 Election GunPocolypse, or Gun Ban (a'la Clinton AWB #2)... And all those dealers, with that GIANT extended credit line, and ALL those massive pallets of product - have to make that monthly payment on that shiit... BAM! Prices hit rock bottom. Lowers were never cheaper, parts kits, barrels, etc. CHEAP. Know why? "We have to blow it out at almost-cost, guys, because that balloon payment on that huge-ass credit line that we took is due IN THREE DAYS! SELL AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!" For real. That went down, and we're still feeling it, as gun-BUYERS. There's so much over-stock on parts... well, there WAS so much over-stock on parts BEFORE the COVID hit... This virus has saved some asses in this industry. Big Time.
  7. COVID version. RECOIL put this out, talking with industry insiders. Can't link the vid direct, but this link should take you to the vid. This is 58 minutes long, heads-up. https://videos.recoilweb.com/watch/channel/industry-short-films/Z6s82ALpTgiI-recoil-live-state-of-the-gun-industry?utm_source=bm23&utm_medium=email&utm_term=Watch Now&utm_content=State of the Gun Industry Webinar | CCW Pistol Options for Women | Flashlight %26 Weapon Light Showdown&utm_campaign=RecoilTV - 4%2F12%2F20
  8. Very little - not like you would from a suppressor. It let's it all out, but the BARK! just goes forward.
  9. Damn, that's a short Dwell Time. 0.750" journal, right? But again, that's a short Pistol Gas System. I'll dig in to the numbers, and if I can't find anything, I'll take my 7.5" apart and see what it is.

I'm in AZ - and we can MC Plate just about anything, and everything. Motorcycle Plate. The state law here follows Motorcycle0Licensing laws. Daylight Street Legal Motorcycle Laws - on the books and legal. This is a hand-signal state for turns. In the daylight, you can hand-signal your turns. All your motorcycle needs is a mirror, horn, and LIGHTED license plate light - for daylight, I need a lighted license plate light?! Really? That's the laws here. For NIGHT TIME, Motorcycles MUST have turn signals. Period. Well, this state is pretty lax on what you can call a "motorcycle" here. We can license UTVs (those Polaris RZRs, etc.) as "motorcycles" and get real MC license plates for them, if you have a horn, mirror, and lighted license plate light - but those fuckers are only "daylight" legal. Do people drive them at night, no turn signals? Yeah, all the time. Do people get stopped? Not often, but once in awhile. Do some people have turn signal kits installed? Yep, but very few go that far. AND, they're not legal on any highway in AZ. Just city streets, rural roads, no state highways. There are laws directly against operating them in certain parts of Phx and Tucson, on any city streets, too - but that get's blown off by law enforcement most of the time. This isn't a "Cheap Jeep" that you're buying. It doesn't meet any crash-testing requirements that a real car, truck, or Jeep has to meet, and that's the kicker on it. It's sold as an offroad vehicle. It's not street legal, almost no matter what you can do to it, in almost every state out there. You just can't bring that thing to the crash-test standards that the Fed-Gov requires. In some states, can you get away with it? Maybe. I've never, ever seen one here in AZ with MC plates on it, though, operating on public roads... But, if you can street legal a UTV in your state - then you have a shot.

Don't do it - research into that deeper before you seriously think about plunking down your hard-earned coin for one. They're NOT street legal. It's the same as buying a side-by-side UTV. With very, very few State exemptions, based on your state, you'll never, ever be able to get a license plate for those things. Before you think about dropping a dime on it - go to your local DMV/MDV - whatever your state calls it - and see if you can Street-Legal a Polaris RZR 1000 or a Can-Am X3. If the answer from your DMV/MVD is "HELL NO!" - than you won't get that Mahindra Roxor legal, either.
  12. 30lb/ft to 80lb/ft is the M16/M4 Spec. The same should follow on the .308ARs - if we had a spec to follow. Unless your handguard manufacturer specifically states something direct, like 50lb/ft. 30~80 will get it done, lined up, and works on every small-frame AR (M16 and M4) out there in military service.
  13. We're just stealing money from our kids and grandkids, brother. Nah, not really - when they're sixty, they'll still be paying off the interest on the current 20+ Trillion in debt, and the Fed can just print more...
  14. Measure the distance from the gas port to the end of the barrel for me, if you get the chance. Barrel diameter at the gas port, too. I'll bounce it off other numbers available. Believe it or not, that looks like it'll work.
  15. I can't even post what I REALLY WANNA SAY in this thread right now - all this bullshiit is just unreal. The Dems are dead-set on destroying this country with all their Free Shiit. It's pretty aggravating.
  16. Last year, this upgrade violated me pretty good... I made @imschur pretty mad, bitching about it...
  17. Forever, Honey...
  18. It most definitely does, and you have to account for it - there's nothing that you can try to calculate, before you actually receive your own barrel, and install it. You can't figure out the timing of the barrel nut unless the barrel is IN the upper receiver. Check out the flange that I'm talking about: It's not minor, either - and it's not "standard" on a .308AR. Nobody can give you a number on that thickness, and even if you had it, you can't calculate it to try to time a barrel nut beforehand. Look at this thing: That flange is what the barrel nut locks to your upper receiver.
  19. Pull your other ejector that you still have, take pics and measurements of the ejector, the ejector spring, and the pin. Let's go from there, and see if it's even standard .308AR parts or not. If it's standard ejector parts - then this is easy. You don't need to cross-post this on every thread that you think is pertinent, either - this one is sufficient. Put all your info that you find out, right in here.
  20. (***In my BEST Ex-Wife Voice***) Why you always bringing up old shiit? This is why we can't have nice things!
  21. Wow - I figured I'd hit Google and search for pics of this specific model. Look what happens when you do that... It's pretty cool... https://www.google.com/search?q=ArmaLite+AR10BA2&client=firefox-b-1-d&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjG7oHjyunoAhX4FjQIHVvaCvQQ_AUoAnoECAUQBA&biw=1252&bih=600 It didn't give me any specific pics of the rifle configuration, though. EDIT - I re-searched it, and changed it a little. Searching for "Armalite AR-10B A2" bring up more. Pretty good video on it, still watching it - don't know if this guy addresses the Elevation Drum or not...
  22. Listening to some Imagine Dragons, Radioactive. Lemme know what you guys think.
