Many of us want a more proactive NRA, less defense and more offense might lessen the number of stupid laws and regulations like the import restrictions that keep weapons like this from us. 2 hours ago, AngelDeVille said: It's a good thing we have the NRA looking out for us. Maybe you should get more people to vote , who don't . because the elected people in Congress , Senate & lastly the POTUS are the ones that make the laws , vote on them for you & others to blame the NRA for it . Again, the NRA does not make or vote for these laws , how you think these same Politicians are going to listen to the NRA , any more then they listen to the People that they were elected to represent & follow the Constitution which they are sworn to protect . You might as well blame the NRA for the global warming .

They need to do away with their political spin machine if they do not want to be held responsible. Same old argument, we will not agree on this, just putting it out there that the nra should be accountable toma degree.

All you have to think about is where our gun rights would be with out them , since 1871 ! Don't join if you don't believe they are accomplishing anything & if your not a member & support them , why are you or anyone else complaining about them . Its like you want the lottery winnings even though you never played !
jtallen83
Just now, survivalshop said: why are you or anyone else complaining about them . Because they are playing a big political role in how things go down in the government via media and money, that and last I knew the 1st amendment was still there............... This is for all; Well , if your a member , they have elections & you can have input with what they say & do , ( Neal Knox comes to mind ) If not a member , you are riding on the membership dues of others who do pay for them to lobby elected officials . Their are over five million of us that think they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with ( Politicians ), so ya , you have the first amendment right to free speech & can say what you want , but if not an NRA member , your opinion is just that , an opinion .Your not changing anything from the outside . If you don't like what they do for your gun rights , join , become a voting member , speak your opinion & see if you can make the changes you want . Other wise , just go to Forums like this & speak your opinion , I'm sure it helps . I'm also a GOA member , our strength is in numbers in these organizations , standing outside & your not really helping , just mouthing your opinion ( which is your right ) . Individuality is great for some things , but not the war we are in , we are always running up hill , protecting the Second Amendment , when we really should be standing strong at the top , because it should be protected as with the First Amendment . Its probably one of the reasons for the so called Resistance movement against the POTUS, which we all know is a massive propaganda machine to unseat an legally elected POTUS , by subversion or any other thing they can think of . so endth my sermon Now I have never liked the looks of the SCAR , it may be the future & a great design , but I think its space gun looks is butt ugly & cheesy looking . unforgiven
So it's not just me..it is fugly I am an NRA member but am looking into the GOA. To try to subvert the government any other place, would lead to a unfavorable experience for the individual and their family. God bless America. jtallen83
Even though I don't send my money to the NRA I am working to change it so I can support it again.
