Brother Ray, you're asking for one of the most complicated devices there is, at a decent price.  Ti is a motherfucker to machine, and you know that.  But .625, Ti, Adjustable gas. It doesn't get more specialized than that , brother.  It ain't gonna be cheap.

Check Precision Reflex, also.

you know, it's even lighter without a gas system. Saves money on the buffer as well. Kinda turns it into a single shot, but think of the weight savings!

Good point, and along with single shot functionality, you won't need that heavy loaded magazine either. Further weight savings, yay!!!!

@suzukiray, why adjustable gas, brother?  You can find alot of Ti 0.625" blocks, that are light as shiit. If it's built right, and the gas port is right, you won'tneed adjustable gas at all.   You ain't gonna be running a suppressor in Cali, man...

Faxon makes a great light 0.625" block in steel - got one of those.  V Seven makes some serious- SERIOUS - lightweight shiit!!!  SERIOUS!!!

magnum size at 7/11 and still blew his wad out the barrel. my gf went to buy a dildo from the local ps anx noticed a huge plaid colored one behind the desk. she asked the gal what does that one cost. its a perfect size to match my man.. the saleswoman behind the counter said thats her thermos for coffee .

Building a LIGHT .223, Faxon pencil barrel, lightweight BCG, want to be able to tune the gas so the lighter BCG doesn't get slammed backwards. At least that's the theory from what I've researched. Carbon fiber parts too on this one. Want to see how light I can get the entire thing and still be reliable, hence Ti instead of aluminum for the gas block. I am open to suggestions from anyone that's built a light one.

I don't know about that one, brother ^^^   ...   There are some pretty nice Ti muzzle devices out there that don't weigh about anything...   I'm curious about that CF handguard he picked up.  That thing can't be as light as that Brigand.

0.7 oz. either way.

Join up at DVOR.com, and check every couple of days. SLR is trying to get in good with OpticsPlanet (parent of DVOR), so their products show up there fairly often, discounted pretty good.

Same here -- I joined up 2 years ago, having spent a grand total of $850 on a LR-308T at the time.

I'm now moving on to my third ground-up AR build (~$1,000 in each of the first 2), and have some 80% receiver stuff on the way. Not to mention the money I spent prettying up that old LR-308T...

Welcome aboard!
