Sharpie Ultra Fine Point Permanent marker & a retractable razor knife.Trace everything, Extend razor all but a 1/4" of depth of foam & manually work it like a jigsaw. Lift out & finish cut. Gives me good control every step of the way. Kind of like hand loading on a single stage press, precision . Now if I HAD to do 20 cases a day, hell yeah, I'd be using an electric or hot knife.
