Strange day, nobody catching trout anywhere. Lots of stuff hatching everywhere. Ended up being a banner day for smallies. Steak was awesome. I ended up removing three ticks from my body when I returned home.

Ticks are bad here this year had 4-5 of them on me for the trout opener, never had that many ticks on me in a year let alone a weekend

Ticks have been brutal here for the past few years. I plucked one of my stomach this morning. Thats for since yesterday. Had one on my knee but he wasnt attached so that dont count.
