It's use has been required since July 9, 2012.

Beside the above mentioned the biggest change is that resident aliens are no longer required to provide proof of residency for the previous 90 days.

They are treated exactly like citizens now with the exception that their INS # is still required.

This makes our job much, much easier.

For all practical purposes the feds have declared a cold-war upon the free border states (sorry Cali), and any others that have high "Washington D.C. can kiss my hairy dingleberried ass" states too.

I say just fine.

I hope they punish Arizona by pulling out all federal agencies and withhold all "help".

Feds do what they want, and condemn others for doing the same as them. 

In this case, they've been up the AZ governments ASS about controlling illegal immigration - citing "Ask them if they're here legally" as "Racial Profiling." Feds say it's not nice to ask them that.

But they can turn aroung THIS JULY and change the 4473 to ask something similar, in a VERY racial way - you are, or you are not, Hispanic or Latino - that's the lead in the 10. field...  Fuckin' hipocrites in government, but I expect nothing less.
