11 sided base,100 feet tall with the names of the victims engraved in granite. Its lines up with Ellis Island and the Statute of Liberty with a perfect view of the site of the twin towers. There was a big deal that 40 names on it were people who did not die from the attacks. Some say it is a symbol of our failure or mistake but it is an awesome gift !
