I'm in to the idea but not if damage is caused to the barrel? But they are fun to watch!!

I had a friend a few months back bought a thousand. He burned through about half and he said only half worked ( the supplier stated they were pulled and not 100% but they were fine for plinking.(no damage to barrel) I do not know the supplier but they were milspec. No I have not used them but I thought I would pass on this tidbit. Good luck

I would expect that humidity probably gets to them after pulling them down, not a big deal just for plinking with the 1919, I think I will give them a try, just won't use in the dry months!

They ruin your barrel, start fires and tell others where you are

We really need a "raining on my parade" smiley around here... ;)

... but I agree with you. I would only use them through a chrome lined barrel in a rifle not intended for distance engagements, underwater in a ghost town.

With a bit of luck, his life was ruined forever. Always thinking that just behind some narrow door in all of his favorite bars, men in red woolen shirts are getting incredible kicks from things he’ll never know.
