98Z5V
I'm definitely thinking terrorist hijacking gone wrong or a terrorist bombing. My initial speculation is Abu Saayaf. Jaamiyah Islam is next in line. I have extensive experience with the ASG, brother - that was the first thing that crossed my mind, then JI. No kidding. Welcome to the club. I called OBL for 9/11 in under 5 seconds when my wife woke me up that fateful morning yelling at me that the WTC had been attacked.... and her response was "who's that?" *sigh* there needs to be more education out there about poop like this. texas30cal
They kept saying spotted by sat at 8:11 am on Fox News last night, but my point is that absolutely nothing adds up as you clarified for me, that's one hell of a range, it sure could be anywhere. That's pic of the stealth vs 777 was a good one!

shibiwan
[off topic] Most people in that part of asia are not very PC when it come to different cultures. It's been that way and they learn to live with it and] everyone gets along...mostly.... Philippines ... that the home of the asian beaner. Lots of spanish influence in that country and they can easily pass off as Mexican. <lmao> The entire Southeast Asian region has a lot of Muslims. Indonesia has the largest population of Muslims in the world. Good percentage in Philippines, about 80% in Malaysia, etc. Singapore is the only non-Muslim country in that region (25% Muslim). Lots of extremist ideologies going around in that region. Lots of Muslim vs Chinese, Muslim vs Indian, clashes in the 50's and 60's. That continues in pseudo Commie-Muslim-Leftist forces in Philippines, Indonesia, and East Malaysia that spans the grey area between religious fanatics and terrorists. That's why the Singapore military borrows a lot of doctrine from the Israelis (i.e. surrounded by Muslim countries). All able-bodied men in Singapore have to serve in the military for 30 months when they hit 18... I was among some who were lucky (or unlucky) enough to be trained by the IDF. There were ZERO Muslims in the frontline units in Singapore, they only serve in the only the rear-guard infantry units. Rest of your adult life, you're on reserve until you hit 45. You have to go back annually for 7-40 day refreshers pass physical fitness tests etc. [ok enough for the off topic backgrounder] So now they say they found plane bits near Australia? This is getting ridiculous. Edited March 21, 2014 by shibiwan
98Z5V
Really in the Philippines?!? Bastards are every where!!! Yes, brother - KFR. Kidnap for Ransom. That's where the Abu Sayyaf Group got most of it's money from. May 2001 was when they fucked up, when they hit a Palawan resort and snatched a bunch of people, including Americans. All the cards fell into place, we forcibly linked them to Al Qaeda after 9/11, and commenced to helping them get an a$s-kicking starting in Jan 2002. They were over 1,000 members when we got there, and at-or-under 100 by Aug '02. Numbers go up and down now, and we're still there. You don't see that in the news anymore. Shibi I tried she pulled up web articles Woulda been nice to know this last night think there was a helicopter hovering not far from my house I could see the strobes in the distance not moving. Been seeing a lot of Blackhawks flying in the area, last week my buddy put on FB asking why there was one hovering over his small town 20 min away and I watched one land at a small municipal airport a few days prior.
