If this had made it to law, it would have made obtaining ammo a pain in the a$$ and created a database so the DOJ would know who bought what.

Eliminating Due Process is practically a nail in coffin that is all too quickly lacerating the veil concealing the notion that California is a state in concert with the laws, tenants, principles, and rights that the "United" States were founded upon. This is possibly the most frightening law law to be signed thus far.
