DNP
You guys just expect too much. She's a fine looking beast. Not ground breaking, but a solid product. It's from seekins...I bet it works well.

98Z5V
Not really "another basic receiver set," guys - look closely at the pics. It's every single bit what the Spike's Billet 308 would have been, which is a "damn near identical version" of the Spike's Billet 5.56 set - which is a damn nice receiver set. Seekins make the billet 5.56 receivers for Spikes, and the Spike's BAR and SAR rails. This is exactly what the Spike's 308 would have looked like. <thumbsup>
Robocop1051
Tom is right. I spoke too soon. It's not completely basic... Aside from cosmetics, it does have an ambitious bolt release within reach of the shooters trigger finger... now if Seekins/Spikes/Mega could find a way to convert that release into a bolt catch... like AXTS, RRA, LWRC and others
98Z5V
Let's take a look at what Seekins is offering here, and what the Spike's would have been - check this thread:
Modo
I have a seekins sp223 lower, wish they made that in 308.
