  1. Welcome to the forum. Tell us a little about yourself in the introduction section. @Scott Clearman has not been here in about 6 months. Also, it appears that @Swiftab was the originator of the file you are seeking. He still hangs around here.
  2. She's well aware of it. I'm still chaffed from all of @Belt Feds money you were stuffing in my pants. And I was just there to make sure you didn't get into trouble.
  3. At this point, the question should be whether or not @Belt Fed knows that he has a company that spends his money on your guns.
  4. Welcome to the forum. What fuels your desire for a 308AR, besides the obvious? Do you have other rifles? What is the desired task of the rifle? I don't want to discourage you from getting what you want. However, it is not the best time to try to build one. BCGs are especially hard to find right now.
  5. Here is a good place to look for most of the information you are seeking. https://forum.308ar.com/topic/16799-gas-tubes-barrel-gas-ports-and-buffer-weight/
  6. Welcome to the forum. Good luck with your build.
  7. That's a sexy rifle there.
  8. Tacticat has a better phone than he does. He took a picture and sent it to his email.
  9. That is awesome!
  10. I'm sure you paid for them somehow.
  11. @Detonics you have been called out. Lovingly, of course.
  12. You should do a how-to video of Cerakoting a rifle. That looks awesome.
  13. Is that some gear oil from @JBMatt?
  14. Abeline is close to the middle of nowhere. My dad grew up about 70 miles north of there. That is closer to the middle of nowhere. We still have family land there. Near Big Bend or the Texas panhandle (anything north of Amarillo) is truly nowhere.
  15. Glad to hear it is running well. Now, what will your next build be?
  16. I laughed
  17. Cool! Have posted a picture of it somewhere?
  18. Great story Cliff.
  19. Welcome from Texas
  20. If you are willing to drive to Abeline for 400 yards, there is an outdoor range outside of Waxahachie that has up to 1200 yards. You must be a member to access the longer ranges. The rest of the range is open to the public for a fee. http://www.ettsgunrange.com/ I have shot there a time or two. They have nice facilities. There are 20+ (maybe 30) individual bays that are open for pistols and short rifle shots out to 100 yards. There are no range officers breathing down your neck. You are not right next to anyone. Here is a picture of the bay I shot in. Not all are this long. Some are pistol only. They have one that is almost completely enclosed with berms so you can practice shooting on the move in most any direction. It is a little more than an hour away from me. With my limited free time, it is not worth the price of a membership. I would not get my money's worth from it.
  21. Welcome @Hank @shepp, is your cat building guns?
