Here is an article I read in a magazine I read. It describes the difference between observant people and the oblivious. The basic premise is that the observant are trained from a young age to not only think as a predator, but to put yourself in the position of potential prey so that you are aware of the entire environment around you and not solely focused on the prize. Sorry that they are pictures, but I cannot scan them at the moment.

Those are words of experience. I must have shot it with light loads. I do not remember the pain after shooting it.

Thanks @Magwa for posting the link to their targets. They are very well made and heavy! The 8 inch hexagonal targets are 5.7 pounds each. The T-post hangers are 2.35 pounds a piece. All told, I the box I received was almost 100 pounds. It's no wonder that UPS delayed the shipping 2 days in a row. No one wanted to carry it to the door. They said the 10 target kit came with 5 hangers so I got another 5. Well, I ended up with 10 targets and 15 hangers. I don't know if their website is wrong or if they sent me too many hangers, but I think I need another 5 targets. Here is a pic of one target and hanger with a charging handle for size comparison. Too damn heavy to lift.
