  1. You do know what you want. Buy it. Shoot it. Learn it. Then build another and compare. If you get good enough to see the difference between 1:10 and 1:11....you’ll be a damn good shooter.
  2. To add to what edge was saying, wind will affect it more due to the slow velocity. It takes longer to reach the target, therefore the wind has more time to affect it.
  3. Send me some 45colt.
  4. I would gladly take the shittiest one I could get over none at all. Bernie didn’t tell me we’d all get suppressors.. I might have to change my vote.
  5. Got an email from the gun store in the middle of the night. Believe it or not, this commie state has it in place that anyone who has a background check already in process will be allowed to pick up their firearm under the “essential needs” list. Mind blown. looks like I get my gun on Sunday!
  6. Yeah...I figure you can hit a barn. The Canuck says you have better odds if you shoot from inside the barn. If you’re making a two mile shot and want to be inside the barn....that would be a barn 4.1 miles wide....on its narrowest side.
  7. At 2.05 miles to a wall...that’s a BIG fuckin barn.
  8. Should be able to hit the side of a barn 1 outta 10 at least.
  9. You can go way less on the dwell time. I run 16” Fulton (criterion) with rifle gas. I forget the number but the dwell is like 2” or less. It cycles a lot of ammo just fine. Gas port size matters. Couple that with the fact that you’ll be running a suppressor 100% of the time....dwell ain’t gonna be an issue for you. the barrel I’m running is not light. I have a PRI tube on it, again not light. Unfortunately I live in a communist no suppressor state, so I have no help for you there.
  10. I bought a new Ruger Vaquero and my ten days are up this Sunday. We just issued a statewide stay home order. I’m going to work tomorrow anyways, but I’ll bet the gun store isn’t open when it’s time to pick up the new pistol. Bummer too because I already picked up 1000 wax bullets to play with.
  11. That’s what made me ask. Traitor.
  12. Which one of those chevy’s in the background belongs to her?
  13. Haven’t even clicked on their site since the last time. If they show up in a search result I just scroll on by.
  14. Don’t feed the idiots. They will never understand the point you’re making. In their world, padded corners and banned everything would be a utopia. Now I can sit here safely in the middle of the room and stare at the wall while I take my antidepressant psychotropic drugs and “relax”.

    First SquiB!

I’ve got a hammer that looks just like that at my house. That was a fairly clever system you put together for the removal.
  16. And info on Corona Virus of course.
  17. Thanks. Your damn grips are gonna cost me though. And it turns out he does a lot of SA gunsmithing too. Greeeeat.
  18. Just mail a printed copy to Mack. He’ll scan it and take care of the rest of that list of hoops.
  19. It’s done that before. I don’t remember what the cause was. seems to show up on mine though.
  20. I pretty much only use cell and have no issues.

  25. Call JL. Ask for Jimi Leslie. Tell him what you’re up to. They do a lot of hand guards. A LOT. They’ll have some blems floating around I’m sure.
