    Grilling

Well, we got home later than I wanted to, so all that got cooked in it tonight was about 1.5 lbs of thick cut bacon. All that survived was a few pieces my wife is dragging to work with her tomorrow. The rest just magically disappeared when I brought it in the house. Even the dog was all over it. Going to throw a chicken on tomorrow night when I get home. Trying to decide what I'm going to burn on the 1st....so many choices. Checking out the recommended thermometers from before. Will order one up ASAP.

    Grilling

ok. It's been half a year already and nothing got smoked. After a buddy brought his pellet grill to the dunes for thanksgiving and cooked two lovely meals for us with very little effort...I wanted one. Got one tonight(we'll say it's from Santa). Gotta set this bastard up tomorrow and go get some meat!
  3. I wouldn't call Fulton "in the clear". Someone there still effed up. Having barel in hand though, I'd cancel that refund.
  4. Long joke...worth it. Thank you.
  5. I'm not convinced he's got the necesary skills for that. You've seen that 10mm abortion he slapped together, right? Robo is more like your man. He's got all the best Dremel attachments and a lifetime supply of JB weld(I think he inherited from the Deuce-leftover from the Camaro-ghini project).
  6. holy crap it's a Christmas miracle!
  7. Damn fine collection there.
  8. Thanks for sharing. I like articles like this one.
  9. Excellent buy. I was close to begging the wife to lend me some of my money.

    Merry Christmas

That sentence has to get you on some sort of list... Merry Christmas all. Hope everyone has friends and family to celebrate with this year. If not, give me a buzz and we'll get you out to San Diego.
  11. Great deal on a bitchin scope. I'm broke for a few more weeks. Good luck with it. Somebody better snatch that thing up. It hurts to even see that price on it.
  12. Hopefully it arrived in the hands of a decent human being who will call Fulton and return the product. I know...odds of that are low, but I have to hope there are a few decent people left out there.
  13. If they effed up the shipping then they should be all over making it right. Why the hell is the post office changing the address anyways? That's kinda confusing. Hope it's resolved quickly and please follow up with the final resolution. If others in the company figured out how to correct it, don't let one guy give their name a black eye. For the most, I have had good dealings with Fulton and only heat good things. Everyone gets one wrong occasionally though.
  14. I think I'd like that place.
  15. Yeah, but daily crime rate increased by 6%
  16. Sounds like a pretty good screw up. I would be a little embarrassed if I were the guy sending it. What's the scoop with the different addresses.? I've never had to be clear to a company about what my correct address was, especially not 3 times before they shipped it. Is there some sort of mixup that you knew might cause a problem? None of that would justify a second billing or lack of proper response from a company, but the way you mention it makes it seem like there is something else going on at the same time. Try to spend a little time on the phone. Time is something none of us have right now, but it's your best chance of getting this cleared up. I hope things straighten out quick for you and I am sure Fulton will make it right. In in your dealings with them, I would try to remain calm and lose the swearing. It's understandable you're upset, but you will get nowhere with "fcuk you, you pieces of $hit". good luck
  17. Somebody needs to get her some bigger gloves.
  18. Ed's already a good shooter...the bipod was really only to make sure R2 could hit paper at 100 yards with that .338 LM. Gotta keep it relative to the rifle though. $5k rifle =$700 bipod. $600 rifle = $80 bipod And Shepp, I would have to check the records....but I'm pretty sure you kicked in.
  19. Gotta go and rain on the parade with a story like that. Damn it Terry....knock it off with the wisdom and good ideas.
  20. Where's your sense of adventure? Hold my beer, watch this.... 7x57 is it. Fits real nice. Strips out fine. We marked the bullet and case and checked points of contact. Firing on Monday.
  21. Haven't seen much of Robo either. Duce has em both in the hole. "It puts the lotion on the Tom"
  22. She want to part with anything?
  23. I think he's moved to more fertile fields. He's probably working full time at arfcom, bitch-slapping morons. He can practice his talents there without having his nuts stepped on every other month.
  24. My dad picked up some 7x57 today. Should hear in the morning if it fit. He was planning to test fire it tonight too if he got the nod from the owner. It belongs to my aunt's husband. (I'd say uncle, but this is husband number xx...how many uncles can one aunt produce??)((nice guy, like him a lot though)). This rifle belonged to his dad and he wound up with it when his dad passed. He knew nothing about it, but wants to shoot it a little before it gets locked up again for a while. I don't think he's much into guns or shooting, but now he has one with a little sentimental value at least. Keep you posted. Thanks again for the replies.
  25. We do not watch Dora....but I do live in a fairly brown town. For the non Spanglish speakers...that means "help me".
