Sounds like a pretty good screw up. I would be a little embarrassed if I were the guy sending it. What's the scoop with the different addresses.? I've never had to be clear to a company about what my correct address was, especially not 3 times before they shipped it. Is there some sort of mixup that you knew might cause a problem? None of that would justify a second billing or lack of proper response from a company, but the way you mention it makes it seem like there is something else going on at the same time. Try to spend a little time on the phone. Time is something none of us have right now, but it's your best chance of getting this cleared up. I hope things straighten out quick for you and I am sure Fulton will make it right. In in your dealings with them, I would try to remain calm and lose the swearing. It's understandable you're upset, but you will get nowhere with "fcuk you, you pieces of $hit". good luck
