Rain. Did chickens last night. Came out a little bland. One rubbed with oakridge pork/chicken sitting on a Saint Archer IPA with a little tequila in it the other with salt/pepper/garlic powder and onion powder sitting on Saint Archer IPA. Moist birds...just no penetration of flavor. Try again soon.

7x57 was the correct ammo. It has been fired. Couldn't talk em into casting the chamber. Thought it would be a fun project to try out.

Don't know if you've read much on this forum before, but I think you'll find that Wash is one of the loved here. He can get out on the edge a little at times, but he will bend over backwards trying to help people figure out an issue. Don't get offended by a few words on the Internet. He expects us all to keep our big girl panties on and at least pretend to be men. This weld together kit is something we haven't seen much around here. I remember seeing links to one at some point in time, but I don't think we've actually seen someone do it. We can try to keep you on track with the other parts, and you keep us up to speed on how the kit goes. That's if you can remain calm. Remember you're the new one here. I would still mark that gun when you're done with it. And keep a record of it should it ever be stolen. Don't need to register it anywhere, just have some form of serial on it. Only way to get it back and prove that the dipshit they catch with it didn't make it himself...no markings, maybe he built it.

I don't know what got the burr in his ads to get one. I don't think he'll be using it on duty. The department he is with isn't carrying shotguns much anymore. They have mostly switched to AR's. He will have a lever action 30-30 and a Glock for duty guns.
