  1. What were the , SD & ES on those shot groups ? Any kind of pressure signs with the Cases ?
  2. Too bad it wouldn't take out Shithead Politicians
  3. Even though a couple of the war fighters that participated were advising for it , Commiewood still made it . They have more ways to fuk up real life events for sensationalism & fantasy .
  4. Why are you surprised someone owns an Armalite AR 10 .
  5. Brownells add reads its Billet Aluminum 6061-T6 Chassis wrapped in Magpul Polymer https://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/stock-parts/rifle-stocks/remington-pro-700-sa-chassis-adjustable-aluminum-blk-sku100026948-115610-216529.aspx?sku=100026948&utm_medium=email&utm_source=marketo&utm_campaign=2018_01_17_magpulpro700chassis&utm_content=rifle&mkt_tok=eyJpIjoiTnpVNE1EQm1aR1ZsTmpreCIsInQiOiJ3bVY3SU9kekRCNmZnbDRhNTBNN1FPUkg4VmtFYzdDN1pEM2RcL3pkQkZNWHJ4UkF0UDYxNTlMNElcL29IMzY4cVNaeVdrYmpjSlk2N2lcL01JMHhVXC9RMll3Rys1Nno3UnlObHhFNVBiSVIrblBIbkZFWDlRK09oRnMzcE9HK1dTdTgifQ%3D%3D
  6. High rail height , pre - 2009 DPMS height .
  7. Well , OK Your DPMS will take any DPMS Upper assembly of your choice , Fulton Armory will also work . I do not recommend mixing most Upper & Lower Receivers manufacturers , because of the possibility of tolerance stacking between any two no spec manufacturers . None of these 308AR's are made to any type of mil spec std.. We know DPMS & Fulton Armory work well together , as do some others & they are posted in Threads here somewhere . If you want a precision shooter close to your M1A , DPMS does make some good shooting Barrels , Fulton Armory mostly uses Criterion barrels & they are very good shooting Barrels ( I'm biased , its what I use ) . Your Oracle was not made for precision shooting , good shooting, yes, like any std. Carbine . You can change to a Rifle Stock of various configurations & $$ , swap out a complete Upper assembly with a more precision type Barrel on it . Also use your google to find precision sights , a lot of guys use 308AR's for long range shooting with Iron Sights .
  8. That was not an issue when all you had was DPMS or AR 10 , now , there are so many component manufacturers , it could be a crap shoot , even with Springs , none are made to any kind of common spec's , except for DPMS & Armalite . Your PSA may have one manufacturer this month & another , next month , so its hard to say who is making what for them . No matter what you read , DPMS Components work , as do Armalite , for their specific Rifles types. Not saying there are not good manufacturers of components out there for 308AR's , there is , but it doesn't mean they are compatible with what you may have . This is what happens when you have no Milspec for said components , just the way it is .
  9. I think if a Factory made Bolt is OK , but a used one or an after market one from a manufacturer that did the heat treating , not knowing or setting it up to Nitrate the Bolt , is questionable , same with the Receivers (M14 ) At least thats what I gathered from that one poster ( lysander ) that was doing a good job explaining the Nitrating process & Hardening . Factory nitriding can be different from aftermarket nitriding. With factory nitriding, the nitriding process can be worked into the part's overall heat treatment, with aftermarket nitriding, you have to start with a heat treated part and NOT alter its properties. By the way, barrels are tempered around 850 F to 950 F, so they do not see a change in temper. Which is why after-market barrel nitriding is much simpler.
  10. Extractor & Spring Ejector & spring Firing Pin & Retaining Pin A Lower Receiver Spring set or a complete Lower Receiver Parts set /without the FCG ( depends on what Trigger you have in the Rifle , if you have a stock FCG instead of a custom FCG , get a complete Lower Receiver Parts set ) DPMS has a spare parts set for both the AR 15 & their LR series . I normally get the individual components from Brownells & build my own Parts sets . SS Firing Pin ? Nothing wrong with the hard Chrome ones , unless you are doing some kind of Dwell timing & the SS makes some kind of difference for your action .
  11. That one piece ring ( Mcfarland or copy ), some say is better then the individual ones , it may be , but I haven't seen the individual ones fail . You are supposed to inspect & test all components regularly & when in doubt , replace as needed .
  12. Maybe this will help you'all from Commiefornia https://www.infowars.com/secession-new-california-founders-want-independence/
  13. I thought their improved Extractor set up had a Elastnomitor type Extractor Spring ? I try to get all my spare Bolt Components made by DPMS , they have worked fine for me & their Extractor fixed a FTE issue I had from another manufacturers Bolt .
  14. Running at least 110-115 Volt power source to the Gate or front entrance to the Driveway ( all buried / with access or Junction box's along the way ). Also a "loss of Power" alarm system for it , is the only way to be safe , I don't trust Battery operated things for anything ! For Back up yes ! My Camera's are all Wireless ( 115V powered ) , but none are far from my house , so I have no issues with connection & when I lose a Camera , I get an alarm . I had a breakout trip ( GFI ) during a store the other day & lost a Camera & got an alarm . Just had a new roof put on & they broke a Gutter putting up a latter & water just poured into a outlet box we had up for Christmas Decorations , it had a cover , but they must have broke that also , because it was missing after their job , its gone now , took my decorations down .
  15. Here is a good discussion on Nitrating Parts & Barrels , read through the two pages ,because this is the best discussion I have read so far on it . http://m14forum.com/jon-wolfe/202841-why-nitride.html
  16. That is true , as any other Cartridge, AR's or other Rifles are Chambered for . Its all about how " EVIL " ( to them ) they look .
  17. I went all year protesting ,just as you & I was big in a Fantasy football League , didn't participate in that at all . Just think , on the most part it wasn't all the NFL ( though the libfuks that run the league , wimped out on need to grow a set ) , just a few , compared to how many players are in the NFL. I will watch what ever I want , to entertain myself , I didn't see or hear of any protests in these games , so I watched them & glad I did , because these two games I watched were some of the best games I have watched in a long time . Will I watch next year , most likely not , because I believe the NFL will bow to the entertainers that make $$ for them , because of all the groupies that follow them no matter what . I think they will take it this year again , but remember , Any given Sunday , any team can win , they are all the best in the world at what they do .
  18. I think you could find our education system in many of the bad people in the world .
  19. I was entertained . I had a good time watching them .
  20. Nice rifle , good job with the purchase . I too have never purchased a Factory Built AR , I have built them since the late seventies . I was going to buy a GII or an AR 10 , but fell for a SA, M1A Socom & it will probably be the last Rifle I buy , I still have a couple AR 15 Builds sitting around to do yet . If someone comes out with the GII size Receiver set , I might be persuaded
  21. Lov my Lancer's
  22. First games I watched all year , I watched the Jags/Steelers game also , only because I live near Jacksonville . Now I have to watch two more , I was yelling at the TV
  23. I dont know , but for $1K they need to do more then just sell a stock .
