I agree, but I dont want courts involved in how much people can charge for goods. We should be regulating that by forcing gross violators to close their doors. We rely way too heavily on government and lawsuits for everything these days.

Whenever a friend of mine mentions CTD, I berate them mercilessly. I know people who have talked boatloads of ish about them, but hit that order button at the first sale. When something hits my no fly list, it stays there. I still wont touch a Troy part if you gave it to me. If CTD sent me a free MRAD, id piss on it and send it back.

Price gouging in the criminal sense only applies to essential items like food and water. This lawsuit is because the price would change at checkout without warning. Just charging insane prices isnt illegal and should be a self correcting action in a free market. I dont blame CTD. They sold all those $100 PMAGS back in 2012. I blame the people who continue to shop there. CTD should have gone bankrupt but they didnt and we keep clicking that button.

I like the 460 better than the 500. The recoil was awesome on both, but the 460 felt smoother. The 500 had a little more slap to it.

I have a qual range today way the hell out at the 3points range west of tucson. Our trainer flew in from texas yesterday. I was trying to convince him to drive a little further and move our qual up to the SDTF to see the shenanigans😄 Almost had him thinking about it but the old guys didnt want to drive that far.
