surfing on my phone, kinda a pain. GG&G make the scope mount and a 45 mount. Midwest Ind. and yhm both make 45 mounts as well off the top of my head. I have a PRI freefloat tube and mounted a factory rail section at 45 for my little dot sight. seems to work well. you can see it right at the front of the scope.

I have 2 like new viridian laser/light combo units. they are both gen2 with green laser. the X5L has ambi controls and will fit most railed pistols. check the website for your application. I have a viridian holster that fits glock 45/10mm as well. the X5L-RS is designed for a carbine and uses a 2 button tape switch. $220 for the X5L (+30 with holster) $250 for the X5L-RS.

few companies make platforms that attach like a scope ring to your scope tube. some rings offer a top cap with a railed section. you can get a 45 offset rail section, or if your handguard allows it you can mount a rail section at 45 near the from of the rcvr.

don't you still need a letter for a demo? I know even a class3 dealer can't buy a post86 sample without a letter of intent from those who wish to demo it. not sure if it's the.same with building something?

I got a raptor. I like it I suppose. would have got the ambi BCM if they made it in 308 . certainly not a life changing experience by any means. way too expensive for what it is, but I wanted it so oh well.

rifle length extension doesn't use commercial/milspec. there is only one size. the spacer is for an A2 length stock. no spacer for an A1 length stock. if that magpul stock uses a rifle length extension, it will work fine. if it uses a carbine length extension, you will need the new tube, spring, and buffer to make it work. from the pic, it looks like it uses the carbine parts, so nogo.

I have a factory bolt that has the cam pin hole drilled slightly off. caused me tons of headache. I had just thrown it in a drawer and replaced it with a new jp bolt and forgot about it. just the other day I found it and got annoyed so I emailed DPMS. they sent me a RMA. figure I paid for it, might as well get my moneys worth.

he just spent full retail on 3 of them, around 350 each, and is trying to sell them around 220. had them a matter of months. he went to a prepper fest where some guy convinced him his brand new eotech 512 with qd and lenses covers is no good and he needed an aimpoint so on the chopping block for 375. then he tries to convince everyone around him why he is right.

I have a buddy who takes every word of "training" he gets as gospel. he just did some 2 hr seminar on low light training, and decided to sell his viridian laser/light combo units because the instructor preferred to use a hand held light. anybody want a good deal on a Viridian X5L?
