  1. i love putting my name on those lists.
  2. Same here....and it's been through alot of changes. I'm zeroing in on a final product but not quite there yet. I have a KAC 2-600 rear and probably going to swap out the fixed front sight for a PRI folder at some point and swap back to my 1-6x.
  3. Can't help you with accuracy pics...or really with a good accuracy report as I've only run my dissy with A2 irons or a red dot. That barrel really is a pig though. I had mine profiled down to .635 behind the gas block and it made it so much lighter. The one I built for my father in law is still stock and it's a beast. Also, both of our barrels run brass ammo perfect, but won't cycle steel cased. I opened up my gas port a bit on mine. Didn't seem to alter feel or function but I haven't had a chance to run steel through it yet. Ive read the newer DTI barrels have a bigger gas port than when I bought mine
  4. Ar15 parts generally won't work. There's tons of 308 handguards. You're going to have to define "regular"
  5. 16" big frame guns look so sexy

    HIPERFIRE

I was getting soft strikes on milsurp 7.62 ammo with a timney (AR15 4#)and a velocity(3#). Swapped to a hiperfire (243G) and it hasn't failed to ignite anything yet. Got a few different types of old surplus and some steel cased 308 and had no issues. Great trigger far as I'm concerned.
  7. I sell crap constantly lol. Like a revolving door.
  8. A fun day of training and shooting was almost ruined by this yesterday. Luckily the Jeep went first. Got half way acros s and sank to the top of the hood and everyone else said NOPE lol. Some of the guys had scouted the day before and said it was dry as a bone and there wasn't any significant rain. These things pop up fast in AZ and catch people off guard all the time. Had to waste 45 min and retreat to site B
  9. 54k I think
  10. The Toyota dealers are one of our customers....I stare at that eye candy weekly. Love those tan ones. My pathfinder cost me less than one months payment of that beast. Bro had a really nice '13 Titan on 35s with pretty suspension work and a paid off 05 Acura that he traded for the 17 Titan and still has a $850 payment. took it hunting the week he bought it and pin-striped the crap out of it lol. Figured out real quick stock height doesn't cut it. his 13 was a seriously bad ass truck. We are still trying to figure out why he sold it. He said it was an impulse buy
  11. My bro in law just bought a sparkly new 2017 tundra. I guess if you have 54k to throw away it's cool. I sure don't. He doesn't either but he's stuck with a car payment the size of my house payment now lol. It is a nice truck.
  12. SR25 is a specific rifle. The main patterns are DPMS or Armalite AR10. It gets confusing because even manufacturers sometimes incorrectly refer to their parts as AR10. several of the big manufacturers like Larue and RRA are completely proprietary and don't use many off-the-shelf parts. Some are semi compatible with some proprietary and some generic parts. I'd suggest you find a reciever set you want and start researching the build from there.
  13. I tried a flip 3x with an eotech and it lasted about a week. Hated the Ballance and the extra weight. Probably why I don't like the looks of this. Also...I just can't see how you don't get into parallax issues with the optic on the side of the gun? You have them with with traditional setups with varying severity depending in how high over bore you go, but you can account for that in your dope. With it off to the side it seems like you would need a windage dope for different ranges. I just don't see how you can work around that with mirrors.
  14. Looks messy.
  15. I don't own a Glock...or want one..but I still can't believe it isn't the standard military sidearm. Guess German hookers and blow are better than Austrian hookers and blow
  16. THE SciFi channel redo of BSG was awesome. Took a bit to get use to Starbuck as a chick, but they pulled it off. Stargate Universe was awesome as well. Not sure why that show died but I liked it alot.
  17. Love buck Rogers.. but no comparison to battlestar Galactica
  18. But they had a robot!
  19. Airwolf? blue thunder? HA. This was the best '80s TV Choppa. One episode they put hand grenades in mayonnaise jars and dropped them onto a boat! Who else remembers.......
  20. I looked through my bro in laws $2000 Swaro binos recently....pretty amazing. I would if i could.
