Found these in a parts drawer. Unused rail sections from a Samson evo. Might fit the Rainier version as well. Long one is just shy of 4" and the short are just shy of 2". $20 shipped for all.

dimensionally speaking any AR15 rail should line up with the G2. The potential issue is going to be the attachment point. That MI rail (or any g2 specific rail) won't fit other AR308 models because it uses a different barrel nut.

G2 only has one height. The LR308 had the high and low. Low is AR15 height. G2 should also be AR15 height but the barrel nut seems to be different? So I wouldn't chance spending money on a rail unless I knew for sure it had been done. They market the G2 as more compatible with AR15 parts, but it seems to be pretty proprietary outside of LPKs. I'm sure that will change as the platform is adopted by the aftermarket.

a significant portion of modern firearms enthusiasts are super tactical. If it's not black with rails and crap stuck on it they have no interest. A big enough dump flooding the market could really hook us up on pricing initially. Not $49 obviously, but a nice discount nonetheless!
