  1. Outstanding.
  2. Highly acceptable.
  3. Fair point.
  4. I do love me a good gun pusher story.
  5. So whattaya saying there? That I have a high intake or something?
  6. Always with the cracks against my adult beverage of choice.
  7. Amen to that brother. I hate digging through panels and finding $hit like that. It always looks like you dragged your hands and forearms across razor wire.
  8. That area looks awesome. I love shots that are out in the middle of absolutely nowhere.
  9. Stone cold hard facts right there.
  10. So I went stumbling through the door of my local....................... STOP.........BELAY THAT! Wrong intro. That's for other stories. So it's back to being hot as balls here in the DC region. Since many of you know just how much of an abrasive a$$hole that I am (don't everybody jump in and argue that point at once now), I'll explain how even I, really, can actually be a nice guy sometimes. So I have a neighbor to one side of me, she's an elderly widow (probably early 80's) that I've been mowing her lawn for her since her husband passed a couple years ago. I have another neighbor across the street. He's a 95 year old Korean War Vet. I've been mowing his lawn also for the past couple years ever since he asked me to help once. They've both offered to pay me at times, which I've declined every time. The elderly lady is on a fixed income probably, and the guy across the street.......well I'd feel like a dick if I took money from a Korean War Vet. Back on topic. I was out of town last week for a couple days doing some work in Florida, so I didn't get a chance to mow the lawn. So I finished work a little early today and decided to go out and hit all 3 lawns. So I ran the mower around all 3 of them (push mower mind you), then decided to attack them with the weed-whacker. Finishing up with breaking out the blower and taking care of the clean up. Once again, it's HOT AS BALLS again here in the DC area, so I looked like I was hit with a 5 gallon bucket of water. I FUKIN HATE summer time. One of the reasons why I won't move to AZ Tom. Unless we find that elusive Skull Valley property we talked about once. 3 hours after starting, I'm wore the fuk out at this point. So I get back inside and peel the sweat soaked clothes off of me and head for the shower. That's when I veer off course ever so slightly and hit the beer fridge before resuming course back towards the shower. Fire up the shower and hop in with beer in hand. It's a rare thing to pull out the elusive shower beer. After all, that's what the extra high shelf on the shower caddy's must have been designed for right? SO, my question to the jury is: Shower Beer! Anybody else ever do that? Yes? No? Is it a bad thing? Do I have a problem? Asking for a friend. I'll hang up and listen. Carry on...........as you were ladies.
  11. I can feel for the guy. I find $hit like that all the time whenever we're re-fitting central plants.

    Out-Fucking-Standing brother.
  13. That falls into the category of positive accounting errors..
  14. I can feel for you on this. Similar to walking up to a piece of equipment that's not running. First thing I always ask the onsite engineer is "what did you do?". 9 out of 10 times they answer with the obvious "I didn't do anything". I always respond with "that's the first lie. This will go faster if you just tell me what you did".
  15. Welcome aboard from the peoples republic of Marylandstan. Located just outside of DC just to make it even better.
  16. I'd take one of them gladly. Oh, and none of my $hit is broke. As long as we don't count the MRAD that we smack with a dead-blow hammer after rotating the bolt.
  17. What can I say? It's DC in the summertime. Hot as balls and sticky to boot. I hate this fukin place.
  18. I knew that somebody would be in my camp on this matter. Modified that one for you brother. Now you know that I don't SELL any guns.
  19. Welcome aboard from the peoples republic of Maryland, just outside of DC.
  20. Sweet! But will you hit it with a no-bounce hammer like we have with the MRAD?
  21. That thing looks pretty nice Doc. Patience can be tough in this hobby sometimes.
  22. The bastards. I was wondering where that damn thing got off to.
  23. It certainly wouldn't break my heart if the paperwork process was easier. I'd rather it be gone completely, but a simple notification instead of asking daddy government if I can move about the country with my own personal property, is a better step than nothing.
